30 Days Rice Water Challenge : Rice Water for Hair Growth Long Thick Hair | 2023

- This video covers everything that you need to know about rice water , and also what exactly can Rice Water do to / for your Hair.
Rice water can be used to enhance Hair Growth and improve Hair Texture in case it got damaged due to the wrong Hair Care Practices. It can also be used for Regrowth if mixed with right ingredients.
In this video we will be talking about three Methods to Prepare Rice Water, and 3 ways to use them by mixing with different ingredients that act as a great Hair Growth Booster. I have tried adding what video contains for my Non Hindi Subscribers , hope it will be of some help to you all.
Method : 1
-Take 2 tablespoon of Rice wash properly to remove the dirt and impurities and add Half cup of water into it keep it soaked for approximately 2 hours.
- Give mixture a scrub such that most of the qualities of Rice get absorbed into the water.
- Strain and Rice Water is ready for use.
Method - 2
- -Take 2 tablespoon of Rice wash properly to remove the dirt and impurities and add boil it with 1.5 to 2 cups of water.
- Boil for about 7-8 minutes at medium flame
- Let it cool down for about 1 hour or so
- Strain and Rice Water is ready for use.
Method 3
-Take 2 tablespoon of Rice wash properly to remove the dirt and impurities and add 1 cup of water
- Then shift it into an air tight glass container.
- Let it ferment for 24 hours if you are in colder region then it may take 2 days to become sour.
- Post that strain and its ready for use

Thanks to the remedies, rice water i used was overnight soaked for idli rice which i didn't want to waste, used along with aloevera jel. My hair texture became so silky and smooth. Loved it💆

Hi di, I am new to this channel and wanted to do Rice water treatment for my hair since long as my hair is very frizzy and has lost its natural state. I saw your videos and did the 3rd rice water treatment followed by hair ser mask. Before this my hair had become very dry and it was very hard to detangle it. But after rice water mask and hair serum mask I was able to detangle them in no efforts at all. It was so smooth, bouncy, but no yet frizz free. I will continue this treatment for some months to see some extra good results and I completely trust that it will happen. All thanks to you di ❤️🙂

Hi this makes lot of sense I was overwhelmed with all the different ways of making and using rice water but u have showed all ways and what purpose it can solve. One question if we use fermentation method and keep for 24 hours since staying in hot weather and let’s say we are doing prep in advance and need to use in 3 days can we keep the fermented mix after 24 hours in the fridge till we are able to use it or no can’t do this.

Rice water actually works.. My hair got really damaged due to heat and i saw so many people rave about it's benefit but didn't believe them.. I tried on my own and got blown away.. I seriously saw less hairfall after coming hair post shower... Hair feels smoother
