Here are some things I do that have helped me achieve skin free from acne and glowing all day. - Use a gentle face wash that eliminates excess oil and cleanses your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face cleanser only as it balances the skin pH as well. - Eat a nutritious diet. Stay away from oily, junk, and spicy foods. Opt for vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Avoid touching your face often coz our hands are generally full of germs that can lead to pimples when they touch the face. - Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation. - Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steam, scrub, apply a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Clean your brushes and other items you use coz they can host germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

I know people are gonna hate me for this - but I used saint ives for years and it's always managed to leave my skin smooth and actually CLEAN compared to most exfoliators - the good exfoliators brand everyone told me to get was from Cerave, and it did barely anything, it just SMOOTHED my skin way too much and it felt like I was putting moisturizing cream not an exfoliator. Because you really don't need those stuff you need specialist you need dermatologist who take care of your face even if you use other brands if it's in blood there's nothing you can do you need doctor & derma to solve your problem
make sure your basic skincare(cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen) is gentle and already suits your skin. take a good care of hydration(important!) before jumping into exfoliate. start with lower concentration of exfoliator and useit only 1-3 per week. control oil production(acne caused by over production of sebum). dont overused acne fighting products(from cleanser-moisturiser since this can drying out your skin and make acne worst, also getting drying skin) use skincare products that suits you( oily skin should use lightweight non comedogenic water based products while dry skin should use cream oil based products) use acne treatment product wisely(benzoyl peroxide spot treatment) find chemical exfoliator that contains aha(for remove dead skin cells &textured skin) and bha(for unclog pores) drink lots of water(idc whats your excuses but just drink) sleep a lot(skin healing is done when youre sleeping) do not stress(stress produce cortisol that make acne worst) wear and reapply sunscreen(antiaging and antihyperpigmentation) i hope this is enough :)
I think you should try tretinoin or adapalene. Search how to apply them. These medications are prescriptions only but you can somehow buy them online. I have experience with tretinoin bec I got if from derma What I use is simple: NIGHT: Gentle cleanser Tretinoin 0.025 Spot treatment (benzoyl peroxide 5%) Non comedogenic, oil-free or water based Moisturizer MORNING: Gentle cleanser Non-comedogenic, oil free sunscreen Its best to buy products that are fragrance free and ofc non-comedogenic
Aloe Vera hurt my face so much 😭 I tried for a months to use ecological products and really hurt my face I been trying to fix it but is so hard and expensive 😢 never again I even tried sugar exfoliation in my face and zinc just zinc as sunscreen 😭 my face wasn't perfect but now is just to hurt after all I did 😭
aloe vera works for me, i use them everyday and i have clear and glass like skin
For me, it's honey. But I only used it one time a week because of how hectic my work and study schedule is.

Gently massage lang sa face. Directly for me is okay, kasi I think pag with clothes it can cause more friction bad Siya sa skin.
@@joankriselvillanueva2669 Cge try ko din po yan. Thank you sis
@@razeljeanmagsayo6564 yes sis. Saka maganda din ang sulfur soap. If you haven't tried. 🥰
It's true st Ives is really bad for acne
Because you really don't need those stuff you need specialist you need dermatologist who take care of your face even if you use other brands if it's in blood there's nothing you can do you need doctor & derma to solve your problem
Cetaphil oil control works for me
aloe made your acne worse? omg
Retinol, baby!!!
For ice cubes guys dont use tap water
You try beautederm sis.. its very effective
Firsttt, but then what should we do to get clear skin ?
make sure your basic skincare(cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen) is gentle and already suits your skin.
take a good care of hydration(important!) before jumping into exfoliate.
start with lower concentration of exfoliator and useit only 1-3 per week.
control oil production(acne caused by over production of sebum).
dont overused acne fighting products(from cleanser-moisturiser since this can drying out your skin and make acne worst, also getting drying skin)
use skincare products that suits you( oily skin should use lightweight non comedogenic water based products while dry skin should use cream oil based products)
use acne treatment product wisely(benzoyl peroxide spot treatment)
find chemical exfoliator that contains aha(for remove dead skin cells &textured skin) and bha(for unclog pores)
drink lots of water(idc whats your excuses but just drink)
sleep a lot(skin healing is done when youre sleeping)
do not stress(stress produce cortisol that make acne worst)
wear and reapply sunscreen(antiaging and antihyperpigmentation)
i hope this is enough :)
@@emmayraa sorry for causing you trouble and thankyou so much for the tips 🥺💖
@@aida3105 no its okay dear, i'm willing to help you. Much welcome
I think you should try tretinoin or adapalene. Search how to apply them. These medications are prescriptions only but you can somehow buy them online. I have experience with tretinoin bec I got if from derma
What I use is simple:
NIGHT:
Gentle cleanser
Tretinoin 0.025
Spot treatment (benzoyl peroxide 5%)
Non comedogenic, oil-free or water based Moisturizer
MORNING:
Gentle cleanser
Non-comedogenic, oil free sunscreen
Its best to buy products that are fragrance free and ofc non-comedogenic
Sleep early
Aloe vera is actually best for me
