As someone who still plays no mercy to this day, is game exactly replicates the game play perfectly. I'm totally loving it. Here's hoping it has a CAW mode and the ability to create your own promos for your own shows.
How in tf are you STILL playing that game!? Its mainly just Fan Art😵. There's no depth what so ever.. the only interesting thing about it is watching the moves. It looks cool af but there's no "game" to it😐. The wrestling game on GameCube was the only decent wrestling game if you had 4 people playing

@@demetriusb.7885 Someones grumpy. Not every game needs it, but for fans of a booking mode, I think at least one game should have a "good" attempt at it. As for universe. No but games need to have some replayability. Thats what the AEW game is lacking, outside of the repetative story mode, and a few online/offline matches, theres not much to do.
@demetriusb.7885 In 2023 being limited to exhibition, and a story is kind of bare bones dude. There was a PPV mode in the old AKI games where you could book your own shows although it didn't have promos.
Honestly this looks great. Those free agents.....chefs kiss. My wallet is crying but it'll get over it. I am 1000% on board for what comes. And seeing Tito Santana in a game makes my heart warm. This will be a worthwhile investment.

The graphics are very nice. I love the look of the arena and especially the crowd. The ring sound effects are excellent to. The noise of the wrestlers moving around and the sound of the ring when moves are been performed. The music used for this presentation was a good fit. Just like the old N64 titles. The roster is looking very good. Jake the Snake, The Sandman, Brian Clarke, Gangral, Kanyon, Buff Bagwell, Hacksaw Jim Duggan. All us old school wrestling fans will be happy.
Reminds me of Showdown Legends of Wrestling mixed with a little VPW. I like this a lot!!! Franchise, Road Warriors, Davey Boy Smith, Sabu, Luna, Tully, and caw parts for Bigelow and any other 89-99 guys we can think of.
Not 100% convinced of the more cartoony graphics, but the gameplay and DLC roster are amazing! I have no idea how you've managed to afford that many top stars but hats all the way off for that alone.
Honestly, I don't have an issue with the cartoonish graphics. I think the makers of the game made it that way to stand out from the other wrestling games out there. To each his own.

This game had flown under my radar, but bumped into one of your guys handing out flyers outside Wembley yesterday. I'll admit, I rolled my eyes a little - another indie group of wrestling fans that think they can make a game. But, looking at the videos, I'm eating a little humble pie. Cool original characters with classic gimmicks. The dlc is stacked! Characters we never got experience anywhere else. And the moves look great. Looking forward to seeing some devastating looking finishers, too.

I grew up in an era where we ALWAYS had plenty of wrestling titles to choose from as I've been gaming for 30+ years. It's great to see more games enter the market that AREN'T WWE2K games. This is great for gamers everywhere!! EDIT: Getting the free agents as DLC is also a great touch!! Blue Meanie, Arn Anderson, Gangrel, Matt Cardova, Glacier, Sandman, Hacksaw, Buff Bagwell, Jake the Snake, BROTHER DEVON, & Kanyon especially!! He always had an amazing look and had an excellent finisher!!

Fight Forever failed miserably at trying to be a No Mercy successor. This truly looks like No Mercy we have been waiting over 20 years for!

EDIT: Getting the free agents as DLC is also a great touch!! Blue Meanie, Arn Anderson, Gangrel, Matt Cardova, Glacier, Sandman, Hacksaw, Buff Bagwell, Jake the Snake, BROTHER DEVON, & Kanyon especially!! He always had an amazing look and had an excellent finisher!!
This looks awesome! I was already excited, but this has outdone my expectations. This legitimately does look like the classic N64 style. The DLC talent attained is shocking. And that music rocks!!!!
