I am glad to see a return to more shots of the crafting process and techniques, with only a *few* "magic tricks" for flavor. It brings the focus back to the chocolate instead of the editing. (Though the swap at the end *is* particularly clever.)

Can you make a horse and saddle combo? My dad made his stuff out of wood, covered wagon, bull and rider,sheep wagon,and cowboys.
