Biography : Allen Hind
1986年にバークリー音楽大学に在籍時にアメリカのギター雑誌の『Guitar Player Magazine』のコンテストでラリー・カールトン賞を受賞し、奨学金を貰いミュージシャンズ・インスティチュートへ入学しロサンゼルスで音楽活動をスタートさせた。 現在、ジャズ・フュージョンのソロ活動をメインにミュージシャンズ・インスティチュートの講師やナタリー・コールやボビー・コールドウェル、ロバータ・フラックなどのライブサポートを行っている。[1] また現在、シェファード大学やCornel School of Contemporary Musicなどでも客員教授としても定期的に教鞭をとっている。

Allen Hinds & his wonderful muso’s, cover the song beautifully.

For me, this man is the greatest guitarist on the planet right now..much as I love him, Eric Johnson has become a bit predictable and plays with none of his early fire or melodic explorations. Allen's phrasing and note choice is so liquid and unpredictable. EJ in 1988 was untouchable though.
