I found a product that no one but the juggernauts are sell, like Amazon, Walmart, etc. But they are marketing it as a holiday gift for kids, where as I would market it more as a something to help kids use there imagination. Do you think this is really risky? I couldn’t find not one ad for it on TikTok.

I get emailed a lot from agencies saying that they want to help me with ads and website design , sales…ext should i work with them or no need to waste money on that? M 18yo and working now to be able to run ads by the end of the month so i dont know to be honest if it’s worth it or not Any suggestions?
I get those emails too. I would be very sceptical if those agencies. IMO it‘s better to learn how to run ads themselves, unless you already have a big company with a large budget.

You don’t need to be changing products all the time that will affect your store but you can be adding more products. It’s only works for Dropshipping
