Maybe it is because I have only ever taught in middle school but my classroom was never empty or quiet. It didn’t matter if I got to work an hour early, there were always kids waiting at my door. Lunch is not quiet time because of lunch duty. Also, I was not allowed to have a refrigerator in my room or a Keurig machine or any of the appliances that can be plugged in. Definitely ni peanut butter due to allergies. Your room is cute and you have a soft start to the day. So nice! I wish more teachers had that. Like ever.
