    Peas(मटर) - 1 Bowl
    Water(पानी) - Some
    Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
    Salt(नमक) - Some
    Mung Dal Water(मूंग दाल का पानी) - 1 Cup
    Oil(तेल) - 1 Spoon
    Salt(नमक) - Some
    Red Chili(लाल मिर्च) - Some
    Curry Leaves(करी पत्ते) - Some
    Fine Semolina(सूजी) -1 Cup
    For Filling
    Oil(तेल) - Some
    Coriander Seeds(धनिये के बीज) - 1 Spoon
    Fennel(सौंफ) - 1 Spoon
    Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Spoon
    Asafoetida(हींग) - 2 pinch
    Gram flour(बेसन) - 1 Spoon
    Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
    Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    Amchur Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
    Salt(नमक) - Some
    [1/29, 2:00 PM] Ritu: Water(पानी) - Some
    Steamed Peas(मटर)
    Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some
    Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Spoon
    For Tadka
    Oil(तेल) - 1 Spoon
    Sesame Seed(तिल) - Some
    Black Mustard Seeds(राई) - Some
    Curry leaves(कड़ी पत्ता)
    Salt(नमक) - Some
    Green Chili(हरी मिर्च)
    Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    RECIPE:
    For Dough: In a pan add, Mung Dal Water, Water, Some Oil, Salt, Red Chili, Curry Leaves, Fine Semolina Mix it well and turn of the flame.
    For Filling: in a pan Oil, Coriander Seeds, Fennel, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Gram flour, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Amchur Powder, Salt, Water, Steamed Peas Mash it Then adds Boil Moong Dal then add Green Chili, Ginger Mix it well and cook it well in this way filling is ready
    take a daugh to roll it & fill filling as shown in a video. in this way make all & steam it.
    For Spicy, Take a pan, add Oil, Sesame Seeds, Black Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves, Salt, Green Chili, and Red Chilli Powder mix it then add steam Nasta and mix it well in this way the Tasty Protein Nashta Will get ready a home easily.
