This is very well done, you could fix a few errors like in the second pose where the bow tie was fusing inside itself. And in the third pose where you could see that you used the lasso tool. And on the fourth pose where the line art is cutting through the tail... Other than those side notes, this was relly good!
As a small critique; this isn't bad, though this could use more animation rather than that bobbing motion. The art is great, though I believe you could've given Bendy a more male-ish body rather than a slender curved body that most of the time goes to female body types much less men. (Men do not have those kinds of curves; even in puberty, they do not hold an hour glass shape, its simply not what's in there hormone's.) Bendy over all in here does look great regardless, so great job! :>
