Definitely need more videos of a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica
Not sure what year you're working on, but on a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica you turn the PCV CLOCKWISE to remove it once you move the tang. Turning it COUNTERCLOCKWISE like you suggested in your video and you will likely break/crack the PCV housing and worse, the valve cover. Even when you put the PCV back on the valve cover you mistakenly advise a CLOCKWISE turn to tighten, which in speaking of orientation, you approach the PCV like your are looking at it from the driver side of the vehicle FACING the PCV. Thanks for the video nonetheless!
He's working on the new Pacifica. I have the '18 also, so your saying to loosen the pcv valve to turn it Clockwise, no matter where your standing, then counterclockwise to tighten no matter where your standing right?
Correct👍
@@darrenwilliamson7944 Yeah its confusing because standard is righty tight lefty loosy so it's opposite
turn it towards the firewall
Recently bought a 2020 touring plus. Changed the transmission lubricant and spark plugs St 75K miles. Plugs were foul, bad pcv was the culprit. Saved potentially thousands on saving from future misfire issues on the family van.
Did u do fill and drain or filter also?
Thanks for the video. I broke my pvc valve when getting to the oil filter housing on my 2017 Pacifica
