Some advice. I was fortunate to land a job with a Cummins(distributor) and went thru the factory sponsored 4 yr. apprentice program in 1972. They had the Cummins Society of Technicians program with on going training and certification also. The rest is history, a grand one. Cummins has been a groundbreaker in training and R&D and everyone benefits.

I eneded up just quitting after 9months in with penalties(over 5k). 😂😂 it's fine. I decided to go back to school with my gibill. They were paying low wages anyway.

I would love to move my career over here but I don’t think they have any jobs in San Antonio
