Hi Christine, may I ask if these recipes are still available? The link is now longer working. I recognise that might be because it was a limited-time thing. Thank you :-)
My mum died when. I was 4 and my dad wasn't the nicest of people. I never got taught how to cook. I was made homeless at 16 ( I'm 26 now) I also have learning disabilities, I eat mainly takeaways and ready meals, I've started watching your videos and I'm slowly learning how to cook and save money. thank you so much
Christine! Whenever I’m in a bad mood my husband says, “why don’t you go check in with your friend from Idaho?” 😂. You always make me happy and you make life seem easy! ❤️
@@FrugalFitMom I heard that too! Way to go! Just wondering when we can expect the email with the recipes? I only ask because I'm getting late into my pregnancy now and need to start prepping these meals while I still have the energy to do so on top of chasing after my toddler and keeping up with everything else. Also would like to try them before committing the freezer space to it as space is limited. On a side note, thank you as always for putting a smile on my face and for what you do. Hope you and your family (including Speedy) all have a great day! ❤
For the sliders my family makes them with dried minced onion instead of poppy seeds and they’re very good that way too. Just an idea for anyone who doesn’t have poppy seeds on hand!
Making Hidden Valley Ranch from the dry packets takes an extra 6 to 10 minutes, but it is soooooooooo much better. And you could probably make enough at once to put some in the chicken/bacon dish and put a jar in your fridge for anything and everything. Just finished the video. This is all kinds of win.
When you opened the Italian cheese, but it didn’t actually open- I’ve never seen anything so relatable 😂 Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one that struggles with that. Haha
I really appreciate how you show the cooked meal, all complete on these videos! Most people who do freezer meals don't show the end result! Thank you as always!
I found 25 9”X13” foil pans with lids via the stock your home store on Amazon on sale $21.99 for 25 pan with 25 lids. I am a mother feeding 5 or more any given day that works a 12 hour shift overnight outside the home. With pre cooked or pre made dinners all I have to do is set reminders of what to pull from the freezer in order to thaw in time for dinner. I love your channel. We strive to fit and frugal also. Thank you so much for everything you share. Your energy is infectious.
I love it! "I got the ranch from the valley." Shout out to Conner. I was laughing the first time Jen said it and I almost had a spit take when you did it.
My favorite easy go to meal is Hawaiian meatballs thanks to your videos!! I add a bag of stir fry veggies and serve it over rice, it's a family favorite!!
Aluminum foil conservation tip: Before putting anything on aluminum foil lay down wax paper. It acts like a liner. Now you have 1. clean foil to reuse (esp. useful with those pans with all their creases which are nearly impossible to get thoroughly clean after regular use; 2. Your food will be a frozen block you can easily peel the paper off then place it into your usual baking/cooking dish. Pro tip: use that vessel as your base for wrapping the freezer meal so it comes out of freezer in a block that fits your 9x13, 8x8, pie plate, crock pot, whatever you'll use. NB: not able to do this with soup, tho
@@kukaburraFM She literally said in her comment to take the wax paper off before cooking. I like her idea better than yours because wax paper will peel off easier.
Team bag holder here. Don't use beef broth nearly as often as I use chicken, but @jen Chapin has the best Apple Cider Beef recipe so I always have beef broth for that one. It's a go to.
I actually use beef broth a surprising amount. I do lean toward chicken - but i like beef broth in my chili and in a lot of soups. Definitely more of an autumn/winter usage I guess!
I LOVE how fast that was! I'm always hesitant to try meal plans because of way too many dietary restrictions but happy to hear they come with modifications!! 🎉

We add a few tablespoons of brown sugar to the glaze for the sliders ...yum!! I use beef broth in beef stew, pot roast and beef barley soup. Use chicken broth the most tho by far!
The dollar store as storage containers, the ones the work well for cereal with gray lid...two sizes, the big one is nice for a bag holder..long and wide opening...a long 2quart drink container would be better then round..
I make sliders with pepperoni, salami, Colby jack, and pepper jack cheeses, with garlic butter on top. Soooooooo good! ALSO, as far as broth goes, we use beef due to my husband's allergy to chicken, weird I know.
I love Walmart pick up. it helps me stay on budget.. sort of I mean Walmart can be a bit expensive, but the convenience is amazing. thanks for the video.
