Hey guys! Sorry for the long hiatus! Today we will be checking out one of my personal favorite areas in all of central Florida, Winter Garden! Winter Garden has grown tremendously over the past few years, and is arguably the most desirable community in all of Central Florida. With it being just outside of Orlando, it is central to parks, nightlife, downtown, and so much more. New construction is also a huge draw to the area, as there isn't many places too get it in the city of Orlando. Today we're going to talk about some of the reasons why people love this place (but also some of the negatives)

Got to say I absolutely love winter garden. The place people don't talk much about are the houses near the Winter Garden Grove shopping center (like Stoneybrook West or Black Lake Reserve) . Close to winter garden downtown, close to the 429, close to all the big box store shopping/restaurant, 15 mins away from Disney, 10mins away from Hamlin, and 20 mins away from Disney Spring/Bars/night life.
We are also getting a Costco near Oakland and a H-mart for all the Asians near Ocoee.
Currently, we are about three years from a move 🤞🏼, and Windermere, Winter Park and Winter Garden are definitely at the top of my list. I have heard good things about Horizon West and Doctor Phillips as well, however, I prefer the downtown, local feel of a place like Winter Park or Winter Garden. Thank you for posting the videos 🙏🏼 😊 Hoping I am not priced out by the time we can make the move.

Shootings every month in east winter garden
Yea not sure last I remember they call it winter garbage. The reason there building over there now is because no one ever wanted to live there. Now everyone in WG/HW are transplants that don’t know anything about Orlando. Dr Phillips winter park Hunter creek Waterford lakes bell isle that’s where everyone wants to live. lol you can keep that winter garden crime with pine hills.

Did the winter garden area flood during hurricane Ian?
Central Florida didn’t get hard as a whole. Only flooding I saw was mainly from bodies of water/ in flood zones.
