Probably popcap was bored and want to add all aquatic plants, but I think you forgot that Guard-shroom is an aquatic plant, but he is an amphibian plant. So that means it buffs shroom-like plants. Similar to Ice-shroom
I dont think they are going to be in yet, this year 2024 pvz2 int, will be all about aquatic plants and water world, therefore a pvz1 plant that will come next is cattail with her new ability, but chinese version has cattail, and homing thistle stole her ability, so i believe that cattail will need to be reworked first since these 2 disadvantages of concepts make the plant a pity for international version
