what I'm dealing with, when it comes to these "professionals " here in Ghana. It can be a stressful joke the way they don't like to be called on their b.s.
The Ghana system is not as organized as it is in the states, unfortunately. It would be hard to believe but local Ghanaians go through the same drama and even worse because most Ghanaians do not have the resources to even take people to court. I’m glad you’ve taken the decision you’ve made. Moving forward, be careful of who you work with, pay contractors in installments as the work progresses or pay when the work is completed if possible and always make time to supervise the work so you can make sure things are being done to your satisfaction. I’m not sure what the full story is, but based on what I just heard. This is my 2cents. Stay strong and always remember Mistakes are lessons not set backs. So may the most high guide you and keep moving forward. Protect your energy for long life. ✨🙏

Am watching your video and as a Ghanaian American living in America now, you are so right everything you just said. But truth be told you need to get with other diaspora for more help in decision making because it’s just different . If you keep doing it yourself, you going to get much more of such surprises. The way Americans carry themself across the globe is seen by a lot as rudeness. Even when “we” come back to Africa they see as such so until you get intuned with such and change a whole lot you are not going to fit inn and that’s just me been truthful with you. All the same I wish you well and all the best in your journey.
Very true, and I'm doing just that these days. I've been getting out to see and meet other people. And I've gotten so much more contacts here than I did back in 🇺🇸. I also now ask people for their advice on top of my husband's. He gives good advice but his is more from a ghanian standpoint lol. But yeah, it's important to be around other Americans. Thank you
