Jenga is one of many ways to have a little fun. It takes a little patience and a steady hand. There are 54 wooden blocks. Here are the rules...
Once the tower is in place, the game begins with the player who built it.
The player is supposed to take out one block from any of the lower levels.
Once a block is touched, it has to be removed.
Having removed a block successfully, the player must then replace it on the top within a limited amount of time.
Only one hand is supposed to be used by the players. The hand used to remove the block can only be used to replace it. At no point of time during this replacement can the hands be switched for any reason.
Sometimes, while removing a block, an adjacent block might get moved out of its position this can be either replaced in the original position or left as such.

that was cute. I had never played Jenga before we went to a friend's house and had a lot of fun learning to play. I saw a Jenga game for sale on ebay that has numbered blocks and dice. I guess the dice determine which block you must pull. But playing that way seems like it could force some very short games.

zupinu2000 That's a good question. Placing the block you pull in an odd position at the top sets the next person up for failure :) I guess that's strategy, not really cheating.
