it looks great so far, and i had the same problem with getting references.... atleast until i discovered the 3d models in csp! u can use them really easy to make your own references! u could try to look into it maybe it helps a little c:

I've been planning and writing down my ideas for my own manga for the past few years and i never actually draw any of them mostly because when i start i find many holes in the plot and im stressed since its not good enough. So for now i have at least 5 completed bl stories im never gonna draw. Do you have any tips for me? I draw almost every day, but still feel like it is not good. Should i wait until i am ready or do it now?

just start and you will slowly get the hang the of it. ever saw how some manhwas art changed over the chapters? yeah so it really doesn't have 2 be perfect for you to start drawing mangas, I think what you r doing is very cool (having written FIVE mangas already) and u don't have 2 do it alone u can get yourself a good team 2 help u out.

Dunno if you See this but have you consideret getting Barbie DOLLS with ball joints and take photos of them as Drawing reference?
Character Sheet´s esp. with the head from all angel would help with drawing them continuously the same, no?
Btw. I think it would be funny if The Lazy babysitter(Kenzo?) is too lazy to go get his hair cut
but has a family member (close to his age) who does it more poorly than a hairdresser.
