Enjoyed your take on the ABH palette. It really reminds me of Fall. I don't understand why but I have a difficult time with ABH shadows. Wondering if natural bristles might help. Hate to let the palettes just sit there. Noticed you used only the lightest colors. Do you think you'd find a use for the darker ones?. BTW, your look pulled together with adding liner and mascara on your bottom lashes.
I used the dark brown matte around the 23:04 mark - sorry if I rushed through that bit! I don't think ABH shadows are the most user-friendly, but I do think natural bristles can help. Synthetic bristles are sometimes too soft. I definitely recommend looking at Rephr if you want to try some decent natural bristle Japanese brushes without breaking the bank (especially their concept store or sales). Thanks for watching. ❤
Forgot to ask earlier. Not sure if we are shade twins since I have auburn hair, hazel eyes and pale skin but the foundation shades you mention sound close to what I would choose. If you have an extra minute, let me know what shade you would pick from Lancome. Thanks
Do you have a particular formulation in mind? Is there another foundation that you think is a good match for you? I often try the built-in shade finders on the Sephora and Ulta websites as a starting point, but those can be hit and miss. 😂
