york's reveal could also explain why lilith isn't as evil as we would think. she is more mischievous if anything. evil without greed or the intense desire to have something isnt much. york being greed would desire being a a celestial gragon since they have everything, can do anything and are protected.

I think the satellites are given their attributes from the perspective of Vegapunk. Like, the biggest evil Vegapunk saw in himself were the mischiefs of Lilith and completely ignored his greed, as if that's not evil. Turns out, that's the true evil, because Vegapunk is a human after all.
I feel like Kaku being a long distant relative to Usopp, completely went over people's head this chapter 😂

I really like York being the traitor, since vegapunks biggest flaw is his insatiable greed and York is the personification of that. He could have sided with Dragon but the WG offered more resources. He even cloned himself to get more manhours out of his day because he needed more time.
i agree i think york ended up being the veil one because in the past his GREED was a strong emotion that he compromised his friends and values for. Essentially what ws shown to us in the recent few cover stories.

I predicted York! I guess there really was a reason behind that sinister, tongue out, smile she gave S-Snake before letting them turn her into stone. Also she was separated from her group. She was always in the background like Kanjuro, and considerably comic relief. She's the one character in this arc so far that has not done anything to help situations that has been occurring, in fact she always seemed so nonchalantly carefree. I also can see why she'd want to betray them, since she's only used for their nutrition sake. Probably got tired of only eating and sleeping and losing weight and the endless cycle of it all. No wonder she want's more in her life. She probably felt disgusted knowing that she's one of the "Dr. Vegapunks," and all she can do is eat and sleep. Also her epithet is "the greedy." Greedy folks almost always end up as the a-holes of the arc, and her wanting to be a tenryuubito explains a lot. Literally everything I wrote here besides this last little detail is something I wrote weeks ago. Her wanting to be a Tenryuubito is all new, and it completely solidifies the theory now turned confirmation.

York (greed) being the traitor reminds me of Full Metal Alchemist.
Another conclusion for a reason as to why Sanji tanked the punch. When he was fighting Queen his body was starting to just transform into the new exoskeleton That's why he was able to be bent. I believe by now reaching egghead the transformation is complete so now he can take hits like that.

I think he bent back then because queens attack was very strong. Queen said something like even arament haki experts cant handle this. Probably stronger than a normal seraphin punch

I feel that Kizarus placement as the admiral to take down egghead is interesting, he's got an unexplored tie to both sentomaru (he calls him 'uncle' far too casually to not have a close bond) and potentially Vegapunk himself, wouldn't surprise me if Saturn pulled Kizaru in as a loyalty test, especially if the elders put together Aokijis betrayal at Ohara

Dont forget Vira Island. It's one of the four islands that has the last poneglyph according to Oda. It's such a mysterious island since it was mentioned briefly at the start of OP. Now this island is linked to the RA, Noland; and the final saga - the race for the last poneglyph!

I believe we will get Kuma's story either soon or in the end of the arc
I could see a situation where Jaygarcia willingly goes with Vegapunk and Luffy, giving us some more exposition along the way, but the news is spun to imply Luffy killed/kidnapped him and Vegapunk. That'd definitely spark a massive incident that's pretty much unrivaled in the story we've seen. Even at Marineford where Whitebeard attacked the Marines, the Gorosei and major assets like Vegapunk were never 'in danger'.
This is a good video. I usually watch other One Piece UA-camrs but your pretty smart. The analysis is really good. It makes me excited for the future parts of the story.

Sanji has for some reason a unique relationship with animals, being able to use communication of some sort with rats at a young age, knowing when a Sea Cow that was playing innocent was gonna bite/eat him.

What if Kuma’s ability can undo the petrification? He can make the intangible tangible, so what if he can remove the feelings others have for Hancock and S-Snake, undoing the petrification. That being said what if he also can take the essence of devil fruits and put them in items.

Oda did set it up that York was the traitor. She was the only one we didn't know anything concrete about other than her role as a Vegapunk. Vegapunks are also intelligent to a logical degree, why is it that York would go up to a Seraphim, particularly S-Snake and talk to it. Oda's framing of that situation was also strange, which is most likely why he removed her early on. Next we learned her verbal tendencies from Japanese translators, she has a strong tone.
He made sure we didnt know enough about her to catch on.

In chapter 1074, the marines contact their forces, including Sentomaru. Sentomaru pointed out how weird this was. The only satelite that didn't witness him turn against the marines was York because she was asleep at the time. The fact that you didn't pay attention to the details doesn't mean this was a bad mystery.
This guy has been hating on Oda for idk how long now... I thought Im tripping cus I dont see anyone comment about it but Ima stop watching this guy forever, I came back to a hate fest, this guy is very miserable n fk him.
oda likes to parallel pre timeskip to post timeskip arcs, and since egghead is paralleled with water 7/enies lobby (cipher pol reintroduced, strawhats fighting world governnent, perhaps bonney/robin saving, traitor (galley la and york)) and also paralleled with sabaody i think the next arc being elbaf makes perfekt sense.
the arc after enies lobby is long ring long land where davy back fights are introduced, and now that we know shanks and kidd are on elbaf a davy back fight is likely. also theres amazon lily after sabaody. amazon lily being a society of warriors same way elbaf is.
what i think is more interesting is what comes AFTER the amazon lily parallel. perhaps the strawhats ascend the giant tree in elbaf to juxtapose luffy alone descending down impel down prison. and then they could enter the final war by dropping down from a sky island after climbing the giant tree and enter the war how luffy entered marineford.
I love the idea of Bellamy & the Skypieans possibly working together. The Skypieans are indebted to Luffy & Bellamy could use it as another redemption arc for what he did on those islands.
It was showed that Franky and the others fell a few stories and S-Snake didn’t go down until next chapter. You could see her looking or look back( not clear on the higher floor.

I think Luffy and Sanji have lunarian genes since they have hawk and diablo respectively. Hawk gatling appears to do damage too. I think Lunarian attacks can hurt lunarians, fight fire with fire I guess.
I’m seeing a lot of people complain about off screen. Odd has been writing for around thirty years. He’s off screen a ton of fights, concepts, and ideas. Why is it such a big problem now? It sounds like people who have never written before want to complain about something because they’re uncreative enough to do this and want to complain about anything.
The narrator was used at the end of Wano too. "Momonosuke will go on to be known as the greatest shogun ever" or something akin to that.

I think York wanting to become a World Noble has more to it than we know as one of Vegapunk's body is named Atlas which is a moon of Saturn what if this means that Dr. Vegapunk is the bastard son of St. Saturn and wants to claim there birthright and Vegapunk only met with the Gorosei because Jay was astounded at the accomplishments of his illigitimate son.
I've always been interested in Lodestar, probably even more than LaughTale. Inuarashi has me worried that the Strawhats won't go there, but man I hope they do.

I always say this every once in a while. It really, really bothers me that there are former Roger pirates out there (Rayleigh, Crocus) who made it to laughtale and know everything, literally everything that the World Government wants to keep for ever hidden so badly (to the point that they annihilated an entire island population just because they were researching about it), they know the location of these guys who could spread out the whole truth if they wanted to and yet they do nothing to capture or kill them; like, why aren't they concerned about it?
Well, they are still pirates to the average citizen of the One Piece world. Overall, a pirate's words aren't going to be as trustworthy as a government official's. Telling the truth will need either undeniable evidence or the power to win a war against the WG and "become justice", as Doflamingo put it. What good will telling the truth do when you'd just end up looking like Usopp to the rest of the world? At worst, you risk the truth being laughed at even when it is uncovered in the future.
My brother it hasn't been time yet, they all had to wait, and some are positioned in places to potentially find or help the new joyboy, ie crocus or raylaigh

I feel like having a bodyguard does not make you weak at all let's say imu is a hella strong but has the gorosei has her first line of defense like a bodyguard or queen and king protecting Kaido even tho kaido is stronger It might just be the rules the admirals have follow if the gorosei ever set out they have to be guarded 24/7
I think you make a good point there. It's all about protocol... Saint Jay Saturn is a celestial dragon + a member of the Gorosei. It just makes sense that such an authority will have an admiral by his side when he leaves Marygeoise to go on a mission.

There’s no way he’ll die before we get a lore dump of the secrets that the audience has wanted to know for 25+ years now.
