At the end of the fight Ty gave Rafi compliments, he said Rafi was fast as hell with them hands and that Rafi beat the brakes off the other dude. The other time Rafi was about to do something to someone was when he got into it with Joe because he was protecting Jdiva. Joe doubt that raffy was just some quiet punk but raffy checked the hell out of him and was ready to fight right then but Joe was scared and made up an excuse and left.
