What if 2 moms that ain’t relative by genetic were breeded by the same dad dog and I wanna breed one male dog from one mom with the other moms daughter.. is that also inbreeding/line breeding as well which is good ?
That’s a line breeding. First I’d make sure they are health tested and not passing bad traits before anything but this type of breeding is done most of the time

The funny thing about DNA is you can’t test for all “genetic disorders” and “genetic diseases”. Recessive alleles don’t appear in DNA tests and don’t present as disease… until both parents have the recessive alleles. If you are mating a father and daughter those combined recessive alleles have a much higher probability of becoming dominant and each subsequent generation can be impacted. In fact this smaller size you talk about, is a common characteristic of inbreeding - it’s called dwarfism. It ruins the lines, but you’ll figure that out sooner or later. This is a recipe for disaster. Backyard hood breeding at its finest. Buyer beware.

Long as both and all dogs are registered AKC dogs their off spring can be registered AKC.

I started breeding less than a year ago, and I have no issues selling pups. It depends on the person and quality of dogs.
