Who or what is PEARL? What is a young bride-to-be doing crawling through a dusty attic in her wedding dress? Written by Isley Lynn and directed by Nick J Henderson, PEARL is the first collaboration between the two. PEARL draws inspiration from gothic horror stories and Japanese horror films but aims to subvert the audience's expectation of the genre. PEARL was made on a very small budget (most of which was travel) and aims to prove that you don't need to spend lots of money to tell a good story.
