Does the cost of changing wheel from R15 to R16 include mag wheels. Is it done in showroom? Do they have other options for mag wheels?

It’s done in showroom only , while giving the car they given Good year tyre 🛞 , same tyre I returned to showroom and I bought Bridgestone R16 on top of that I paid extra 6k amount. And mag wheel drum price is 10k per one .
