Hi Shawn and Charlotte. I'm really impressed with the lighting in the roller coaster resturant and the portion of the foods you got from there. I have not been in there since 2019 went to pizza and pasta instead.I feel it's no more money in the rollercoaster restaurant as it was back in 2019. Like you guys i think they need a menu as what happens if your phone dies . I certainly will be paying the roller coaster resturant a visit when I go the 23rd of April . I see the atmosphere was electric better than before. Shawn I love how you have your icon Blackpool top at Alton towers 😂😂. Your channel is by far from favourite on UA-cam.

We went last year, stayed a few nights in AT hotel and went to the RCR for my son’s 6th birthday. Both my girl and boy loved it here, such an amazing experience. Great video 😁

Great video guys, thank you very much. I think the Rollercoaster Restaurant would be a special occasion meal as very expensive. Guess though you are paying for the overall experience with the ambience and service. Would definitely pay a visit though.

One time would be more than enough for me.
The theming is excellent, the proportions and variety are good, but
it's not a Zen out place.
I really enjoy a more laid back ambiance, but I'm an old fuddy duddy, kind of:)

speaking of the concept art and stuff in the RCR, I was actually able to get a vintage alton towers book called 'the adventures of Henry Hound' which was quite cool and it looked as if you enjoyed your time! i have only been once for my birthday a few years ago.

We have always found the food quality really nice and the experience is great. The prices of £51 is really not bad for what you had. It's great to see the standard is still being well maintained.
Shaun...if you duplicate your video footage so you have the same footage twice one above the other then move the top one one frame forwards it should get rid of the flicker

Very interesting. Might have to check this place out when we go to Alton Towers in September. I must ask, does the menu give you the option to have certain items removed from your order (like cheese for example) or does that have to be typed in under special requirements?
You can type that in on the requirements as needed!

Always wanted to try this one. We did a very similar restaurant twice on our Europa Park trip last year almost looks identical!
We would definitely recommend it!

Were you guys there yesterday - Friday? If so, we are so gutted we missed you. 🙌 We agree with you guys Nemesis Reborn is the UK's best coaster at the moment. We loved the intensity and some amazing merch for Nemesis Reborn aswell. Keep up the amazing content.

We love the rollercoaster restaurant and have been 3 times since it opened. Nemesis reborn burger is definitely something to behold. We are very keen to hear your thoughts on the increase in overall food prices. Especially during a cost of living crisis. As Merlin cardholders for over 10 years now, on our most recent visit (yesterday), we were genuinely shocked at the prices for:-
Doughnuts- now £8! ….£8!!!even with discount that’s a huge increase! Why this hits so hard is we would nearly always get doughnuts at Alton/chessington etc, was part of our visit tradition. But at this price, this is the first time we just couldn’t justify spending the money on them.
Pick and mix - £10!!! Large tub only, no smaller tub!?
Whippy ice cream - £3.50! Or £4.00 if you want a flake!!!??
Kids chicken tenders meal -£7.50!!!!?
For those without Merlin passes, and with paying for entry, they are being doubly hit!
Look we LOVE all the Merlin parks and have done for many years. But the prices set for the above food, we feel, is now moving into the realms of ripping people off at a time when they should be doing the opposite.
Sorry for long rant, but of all people, we feel you would understand the best.

When I went last week I had a Wicker Man Waffle which was quite spicy but I managed to finish it, I had that with Upgraded pizza loaded chips, side of onion rings and a Roller Refresher.Cocktail, I Paid £30 for that including MAP Discount, for a decent meal including alcohol and the themed experience in there I was very satisfied with the price and food quality, I do remember The Smiler Burger last season coming down really soggy and gross like the rubbish from the fast food outlets like Burger Kitchen and Just Chicken, However Woodcutters Bar and Grill and RCR are still the best places on park for a decent meal

We went during the Pirate Takeover and attempted to book in but it was fully booked and we ended up in the Secret Garden (think thats what it was called) restaurant. I have to say after seeing this I'm glad we ended up where we did. Looks a bit loud and crazy in there for my liking lol 😂

I echo your thoughts ate here the other week and food was great, portions were huge, atmosphere was brilliant and loved the ride soundtrack remixes, we paid £33 for 1 side and 2 adult meals which is just normal price for eating out these days, would be on the pricey side without map though.
We had a great time!

That restaurant looks like it's from the 90s. Though I think it's because that silver track thing and the blue and purple colour lights are reminding me of Mondo Burger from the movie Good Burger lol....so 90s 😂

I was hoping to try this restaurant, but it just seems like too much of a sensory overload. All the lights and music are too much for some people.
We love the overall experience in here however can understand why a themed experience like this isn’t for everyone!
I remember them saying in a previous visit that drinks like the cocktails don't come down the track. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Towers should definitely sell a Nemsis Reborn spaghetti and meatballs, with the spaghetti being the veins and meatballs as either the Nemesis eye or eggs!
