Every single fear you listed was something I’ve experienced in the last 3 years. It brought me a ton of anxiety and it was a great opportunity to just sit with it and experience it. Thank you. This a great video.

Very helpful!Does this apply also when comparing your partners behaviour from before and now and doubting if now they are less caring, less loving, doubting if they love you, are you bored to them ,etc.? Then asking them if all is ok, do they love you, feeling a bit relief and then all over again😔

Relly helpful video man. There's one aspect I'm confused about... On most of the videos I see in relation to ROCD I don't really ever see you guys suggest there IS a moment where you should break up. I know you're breaking down worst case scenarios, if you DO stay with someone in a seemingly 'unhappy' relationship, but surely there is also an option to break up. I guess I'm confused in relation to OCD, when does 'break up' become an option. Perhaps I'm missing something.

The reason we can't make a video on that is because 1) in most cases, it's not our place to tell someone to break up, it comes down to the person themselves 2) it's literally a case by case thing, break ups can be complicated and therefore blanket advice of when to break up would be misguided and 3) with OCD it's tricky territory to lay out black and white rules like that; imagine if we said, "you should break up with someone if you've had no feelings for them for 6 months" - that would be disastrous advice as most OCD sufferers go very long periods of not feeling much towards their partners.

@@mominmasood Yes because their fear fuels anxiety and more doubt, therefore unable to make a decision for themselves, it's probably better to be in the relationship, because it can help the recovery process, and its really not the end of the world even if they are in an unhappy relationship, rationalizing exagerrated beliefs helps recovery, its more important to recover from ocd then later, making a decision to leave or stay will be clear without the ocd noise, otherwise ROCD might latch on something else or another relationship

I want to ask that of this is just because of ocd right?.. and there’s nothing like deep down something is there that you want that fears to happen?
