  • Bob’s TV daughter, Candace Cameron Bure, calls him from quarantine in Vancouver while shooting another Aurora Teagarden Mystery. Candace tells Bob all the places life has taken here since the two met 34 years ago on the set of Full House. With 27 Hallmark films under her belt, her own winery, and being dubbed the “Queen of Christmas”, Candace Cameron Bure is proof that you really can do it all.

    About the Podcast:
BOB SAGET’S HERE FOR YOU is a podcast that is like no other- Because it goes inside Bob’s Saget’s mind, and then quickly filters out through his mouth. Bob has a way of calming people with genuine empathy and humor while they’re going through a difficult time, which we all are at present. Reaching his unusually diverse audience that he talks to as a friend, Bob is the dad with great advice, the irreverent funny guy who’s always there when you need a laugh, and the free-associative Bob who goes off on crazy tangents then returns to the subject at hand, as serious or as comedic as it may be, to wrap up each episode in a way only Bob can do. Because he really does believe, “He’s here for you."

It was undeniable fate Bob played Danny Tanner. He may have a dirty comedic background, but it doesn’t cast a shadow over his big glowing heart. You can feel the genuine benevolence from this interview.

I was an 80s and 90s kid. I grew up on Full House. Never missed a single episode. I've seen most of them multiple times. I'll never tire of them. I'm now 40 years old and I STILL watch it. I can't believe Bob is gone. He was much too young to leave us. This came so out of left field. We are losing all of the good ones and I don't like it one bit. RIP, Bob. @@sl4983 Your comment is EXTREMELY ignorant. First of all, the results of his autopsy have not even come back yet and won't for many weeks, so you are making a VERY large assumption. Also, it is a known fact that Bob had very recently recovered from COVID and we don't know what underlying medical conditions he had that may have been exacerbated by this. It's best to just keep your mouth shut on the matter until the actual autopsy results come back.

Still can't believe he's really gone. I always saw Bob living to be 120 or older. He was so youthful, and full of positive energy. I used to watch reruns of Full house every night before bed, when I was a kid. And as a tribute to Bob, even though I'm now 31 years old, and no longer watch the type of show Full house is, I am watching every episode on HBO Max. It's sad cause just when the first episode of every season starts, they show a photo of Bob, saying "In remembrance of Bob Saget" I'm glad I chose to watch it though, because it makes me laugh, and brings back memories of being a kid. Bob would definitely want us all to laugh, and smile, and not be sad. Rest in peace Bob. I hope you're now with your family members who passed away before you, and all of your friends as well. Thank you for everything.

Bob honestly went out the best way you can possibly go. On a high from a great show, happy with his life, feeling great -- and then he just went to sleep and never woke up. Sure, he might have wanted more time, but that is the kind of death we should all hope for. He's fine now -- it's sad for his family left behind, but he got a very good death.

I love seeing an adult Candace interact with Bob. I love their energy together and how much she is able to be herself and relaxed. I watched Candace on the View which I only watched just to see her. Candace definitely didn't seem relaxed to be herself.

I remember being so excited when I found his podcast and listened to it regularly. Loved him on Full House, AFHV, etc. I cried when I heard of his passing. Such a funny, loving, and caring man. Sending condolences to his family and friends. Bob Saget you will be remembered and missed.

    P.S. I Love You, Candace.

I’m watching from New Zealand. Like so many others I grew up with full house. They were a happy safe and inspiring place to be.Bob was the dad many kids wished for. The full house family was the family many wished for. I’ll always be thankful for all the joy that Bob and the cast brought. My deepest respects to Bob and his friends and family at this very very sad time. We all stand with you ❤️

As a lifelong fan of Full House I have to say I couldn't love this more. I grew up with the Tanner girls and so looked up to DJ. I remember being heartbroken as a kid when the show ended and likewise, I was thrilled when I heard Fuller House would be filming. There was nothing like revisiting my childhood memories with the TV family I loved so much. Again I was heartbroken when it came to an end. There was so much more story to be told and I feel it was cut way too short and leaving fans wanting more. God bless and here's hoping we get another show sooner rather than later. ❤

My old co-worker had a sister with Down Syndrome who was a huge fan of John Stamos. John was in town for a something(I think she said it was some kind of comedy show), my co-worker took her sister to the show, and according to my co-worker, he saw her sis and had her come up on stage & give him a hug, talked to her for a couple minutes. He really does seem to love kids and those with a more difficult walk of life.

I could watch you guys talk all day long. How refreshing. No pretense. All love. The inside jokes are so fun to watch.
I came upon Full House when I babysat in college. Now my teenage daughter has me watching Fuller House. Love both shows in totally different ways.
My favorite thing here is watching two people with different backgrounds carrying on with nothing but love for each other. True friendship.

What a nice interview! Surely so sad about Bob’s death. Such a nice guy and you can tell he loved Candace and she as well.It was a wonderful conversation and he wanted to keep conversing but had to cut it off bc Candace had to serve Marylou lunch . He will certainly be missed and truly hope he accepted and believed in Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Redeemer at that last moment before entering eternity. God gives chances please seek Jesus the only way to heaven as per The Bible God’s Holy Word.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I am the way the truth and the life no one cometh to the Father except through me saith the Lord Jesus Christ. It’s our decision but it is God’s will that everyone come to repentance and accept His free gift His Holy begotten son that died on the cross for our sins and resurrected the 3rd day and is seated at the right hand of God the Father. We are saved by God’s Grace to those who believe, repent and accept. 🙏🙏

Clearly from the words of everyone who knew him, Bob *believed* in living life to its fullest, expressing in word and deed, his tremendous love for other people - and love for this life, right here and now. He created his ‘heaven’ on earth. Time is best spent loving and caring for our fellow human beings here on earth. Using our life to create - art, connection, passion, truth and love. Heaven is simply love. And it is not dependent upon ancient text, ‘chances from Jesus’ or some idea of repentance for a convoluted narrative around sin.
