    - What natural cleanser would I recommend as an alternative for salicylic acid?
    - Why do acne marks & scars come back?
    - Is a low carb/high fat diet for clearing up acne ok for someone who is underweight? How do you make sure not to lose weight on this type of diet?
    - Is micellar cleansing water good for your skin?
    - Does meat, fish, or eggs cause acne?
    - Best way to get rid of redness left behind from zits?
    - Is there a way to counteract or flush the effects of dairy from your system, so you don’t get breakouts if you occasionally eat dairy?
    - What to do for inflamed red skin on the face (not rosacea)?
    - Recommended sunscreen for acne prone skin in hot humid weather?
    - How are Clean & Clear products?
    - Do you recommend oil cleansing for younger skin (19 years old)? And which Living Libations Best Skin Ever would be good to start for normal skin?
    - Best oil cleansing blend for acne prone skin?
    - Should you use sunscreen when you have active breakouts? Did I use sunscreen when I was clearing up my acne with a minimal skincare routine?

    Thank you so much for your informative videos and your passion to help others conquer acne and other skin issues! You have helped me so much, I have found what works for me to keep my super sensitive skin balanced 💜 I am almost 49, and was wondering if I would ever have clear skin, but with your videos, finding out and eliminating my food sensitivities, intermittent fasting and washing my face with honey, I now have pretty clear skin!!! My skin care is so simple, in the morning I wash my face with water and that is it, I'll put some lip balm on and I'm done for the day. Only a couple of days a week will I wear makeup and that is Alima Pure Satin Matte foundation that does have built in sunscreen that is perfect for me and some other Alima Pure product. At night if I did not wear makeup then I just wet my face a little and spread raw honey all over and either rinse it off with just water or I use a wet cellulose sponge to exfoliate my skin a bit while cleaning off the honey. I always rinse my face well and my hairline too. When I do wear makeup, I will use a pump of One Love Organics Vitamin B Enzyme cleansing oil (thanks so much for the recommendation btw) and rinse off, then do my honey cleansing as usual (I don't use the cellulose sponge on those days, too much for my skin). That is it! Very low cost skin care and all natural! I am so happy, I just wanted to thank you so much for everything, I will continue watching your channel and I hope you will never get tired of helping us!! 💜😘

      AWESOME Stephanie! I'm so happy to hear your results :) Yes, skincare doesn't have to be elaborate to work, and sometimes we just need to simplify things to allow our skin to balance out and heal. I'm so thrilled to hear your results, thank you for sharing with us. Super inspiring!!

    Thank you very much! Very useful tips. I am really enjoying watching your videos. Please, continue! I also have a question about wheatgrass. I add dried wheatgrass in my smoothies. Unfortunately, there's no place to find fresh wheatgrass juice. Does it work this way?

      Hi Victoria, thank you for watching! I'm actually not the biggest fan of dried wheatgrass. If you can't get fresh, would it be possible to have fresh green juice (made with cucumber, celery, leafy greens, a little apple)? If not, even just eating a large green salad every day with homemade salad dressing can help your skin. The goal is to eat a lot of green leafy vegetables because they are packed with minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants which help your skin to heal. Fresh food always better than dried or powdered food :)

    Hi, I’m a new subscriber from Nova Scotia. Loving your videos! Which honey would be better to use on my 13 years old daughters skin? The Manuka or the smooth? She is using tactupump and la Roche posay right now. We want to go the organic route.

    • @InspireBeauty
      @InspireBeauty  4 роки тому +1

      Hi Lorna, she can use either one. As long as it's a smooth honey with no texture, it should be fine. I would go with which ever is easiest to get :)

      @@InspireBeauty is there a particular technique to how to use honey as a cleanser and/or how to remove it? What about when double cleansing (which I do to break down my sunscreen)?

    My skin got burnt from laser treatment, is there anyway I can heal my skin? the dermatologist gave me cream but it doesn't heal my skin. Please help me, thank you

    • @InspireBeauty

      Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that Nessa. Was it recent? I got burned from an IPL laser over 10 years ago (I had IPL for laser hair removal). It eventually healed on the surface, but my skin is forever discoloured (not terribly bad, no one would notice it, but I do). The burn from laser is deep, so nothing topical is going to do all that much. My strongest recommendation is eating super healthy, especially eating a lot of green leafy vegetables and vegetables rich in beta carotene (greens, yams, sweet potatoes, carrots , etc). These food are very anti-inflammatory and full of antioxidants, which will equip your body with the nutrients to heal itself better. The healthier you are, the better your body will heal. So even things like keeping stress down, getting good sleep, eating quality fresh food, drinking plenty of water, etc., will all help the healing process.

    Where should I start with skin care?

    • @InspireBeauty
      @InspireBeauty  5 років тому

      I would start with using the mildest, gentlest cleanser you can find. Have you tried using honey as a cleanser? Here's a video with instructions: ua-cam.com/video/lauH2D1RZiA/v-deo.html

      My best advice is don't focus on hyped up products, focus on essentials like cleanser moisturizer and sunscreen, and yes do try honey as a cleanser! 🍯

    So food combining is important? that might be the source of my digestive symptoms

    • @InspireBeauty
      @InspireBeauty  5 років тому

      Yes, very important, especially if you've tried getting rid of the usual acne triggers and you're not getting result. Try simplifying your meals with less ingredients, and not mixing your fat/proteins with fruits and starches. Let me know how it works out :)
