This is my next mod for my '21 GT. From what I've read about it, people have recommended getting the bushings and changing them out when you are putting in the boomba shifter.
I've always been looking forward to getting the kit, just dont know how much it would cost to install and where to go. How much did it cost you for installation?
I took it to a local shop that does things like suspensions and others performance items. It cost me 140 I believe to get it installed. I would call around and see if you can get a quote that is what I had to do.
I do not think it does. There is some warranty law where unless the part actually breaks something it will not void it. Considering this is just a metal arm I am not worried.
I had this shifter on when I got my steering column replace and even a new battery. They didn’t say anything about it. Then again it depends on the dealership. I’d recommend you ask several dealerships.
@@thegirthquake8574 reduces the throw more(30% this bracket), a little stiffer I believe. This plus that transmission should reduce the throws significantly, since they both supposedly reduce 30% each.

Awesome mod! I’ve had my gt for over a year and have always thought about this mod. Any other mods in your future?
Honestly, I am not sure. I feel like the car doesn't need much atm. I would like to make it my own tho and give it a cool look!

Does this work for the 23 year?
I would think there were no major changes from 21-23 but I would check Boomba’s website for more information.

Do you have the transmission adapter installed aswell?
Not sure what you mean by the adapter? Pretty much just the knob and lever that came in the budle.
@@SSZGT Boomba has an adapter plate for sale as well. Not sure what it actually does though.

I wouldnt pay 3 bucks let alone 300 for a shifter that doesnt spring back to center. Something is too tight or its a designed like garbage

@@MegaMagicman007 Sounds great! Despite their name, they do perform more services than just suspensions.
