I would love to see more swim sequences without slow motion :-) Also, I have followed your videos along for over a year now and you two were really the ones who inspired me to move from road bike into triathlon.

That is so awesome guys. And as you want to preserve land, water and other ressources or basically care for the environment and animals. The biggest impact does make what you are eating, drinking and basically everything you purchase every single day. So basically by not contributing to animal agriculture and those industries you are making a huge impact. I do donate to big companies myself but I really think we should make it a daily habit not to finance those industries. so whilst trying to fix those things in the big way we can actually do it every single day by at least eating vegan diet. I just love your channel, keep it up guys ;)

For your 2021 1% for the planet, you should survey TTL patrons for which organization to donate too. Vote with your dollars and give customers the voting power. Just a suggestion. I really appreciate that you do the 1% regardless. Great work and all are great causes

fat is ok too. Everything is ok. Everyting depend on the quantity, quality and time. if you eat a whole bag of sugar before sleep it is not the right way. But you do so just before a hard session it isn't that bad (don't eat the whole bag though) PS: do you watch durianrider ?
@@drym3943 I mean no one ever does that. I doubt that’s the case but sugar and fat together is the right combo for poor health. There are more people who are fat than thin. Which means poor diet.
