I don't think that people realize how much Bader has evolved in terms of everything, strength, cardio, technique. It's insane. He's never been better.
Rosumisorimu was gonna say I remember when he use to give opponents a target now you see the constant head movement. It’s definitely a more complete fighter
@@terrelladams124 Yeah, I've noticed a lot of fighters have this when they get in a better place psychologically and in turn start having more motivation to train more and to train smarter. This happened to Bader, this happened to Mark Hunt back when he started winning again after a long loosing streak, this happened to Lima etc.
It really is a very mental thing.
