Nandhini amma. He is also a seller like others his manufacturing is very less too. He is getting dolls from Pondicherry, mumbai cuddalore and panruti and selling it but lying to all that he is the manufacturer of all dolls. Moreover damn costly. I think its better to shop in our own chennai rather travelling there and wasting money and time....

Now only you people are saying we are getting dolls and selling before this you all kept on saying you where the biggest manufacturers in kanchipuram where as your dolls are from cuddalore, villianur and kumbakonam you are getting something for 500 and selling it for 2000 do you think those 10 families will grow. Im not saying rather denying the fact that sellers should not do this but do not lie that you are manufacturing all those. Hello madam, as you said, tried calling them with screenshots and messaging them. Called several times, but no response. He only speaks well with the hosts during the vlogs. Tried the same way last year too but no response.
Very true. We visited his place 15 days ago. He behaved as if he is giving the dolls free. Number of staff is very less; no one attending the customers properly. They are only attending foreign calls. Mr Baskaran cannot handle everything. He has to appoint more people to attend to online customers & as well as walk-in customers. But the dolls collections are unique & finishing is very good. They have to improve customer service.
This seller never replied to WhatsApp messages. Last year also contacted him. Thinks himself as if he’s the only seller in and around Chennai
We never thought are the one seller around Chenai . My father is a state award craftsman and apologies for not responding your WhatsApp messages . We took your feedback seriously and definitely work on the future to avoid this issues.

@@lovelylife6 I would really request you kindly ignore Bhaskar store. You can find reviews on other UA-cam channels too on Bhaskaran stores. And decide. I would always choose any shop who delight the customers and respect the customer. If you are really planning elderly people my humble request just move on to other stores they will end up wasting time and money. There are couple of other stores and houses near by who prepare golu at home and sell you can buy from them it's reasonable compared to this shop.
