    4. The Genera! Ledger,
    5. The Personal Ledger.
    6. The Sinking Fund Register.
    7. The Audit Rectification Register in 'O' form, prescribed under the MCS rules 1961.

    Sir If Provision Committee doesn't not maintained any Record like Book of Account , Minutes of Meeting, No AGM , No Cash Book,.etc. Then what is Remedy.

      Yes , but some important Statutory records should be available in registers like "I" Form, "J" Form , Share Register and nomination register etc...
