Additions and alterations in a flat permissible with the Committee Bye-Law 46 | Society bye-law for internal repairs | Society rules of flat renovation in Mumbai Bye - Law No - 46
a) No Member shall, without the previous permission of the Committee in writing, make any additions to or alterations in his flat.
b) Application for permission for Making additions and alterations in a flat: The Member, desirous of making any additions to or alterations in his flat shall make an application to the Secretary of the Society, giving all the required particulars. Further action on such application shall be taken by the Secretary and the Committee of the Society as provided under the Bye-Law No. 63.
c) No structural changes are permissible, without the prior permission of the concerned competent authority.

sir maine Flat liya 2 bhk uski maine transfer fee bhi bhar di par ab makəan repairing kaam ( tiles, kitchen , bathroom )karane kə hai. but society chairman mare se charge maang rahe hai ! 2500 rupees me pay karu ya na karu ?

I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Me apartment me rehta hu jis ke 3 blocks he aur total flats 176 he. Kuchh dino se Society ke chairman ne terrece ke doors pe lock kar diya he ,ye keh k ki "kisi ne paani ka cock bandh kar ke sab ko heran kiya" . Muje evening me terrece pe walk ki aadat he, to me terrece excess karna chahta hu. Kya chairman se law ke tahet me terrece pe jane k liye bol sakta hu? Uska rule kya he?
