"Kingdom Come" is the ninth album by American rapper Jay-Z. It came out on November 21, 2006, under Roc-A-Fella Records and Def Jam Recordings. Seen as a "comeback album," it followed Jay-Z's announcement in 2003 that he was retiring after "The Black Album." Many producers worked on the album, like Just Blaze, DJ Khalil, Dr. Dre, The Neptunes, Swizz Beatz, and Kanye West. It also includes songs featuring John Legend, Beyoncé, Usher, Ne-Yo, and others.

Shawn Corey Carter, known as Jay-Z, is an American rapper, music producer, and business owner. He's famous for not only his own music but also for helping other artists succeed. In 2023, Billboard and Vibe named him the greatest rapper ever. From 2004 to 2007, he led Def Jam Recordings as its president and CEO. The next year, he started his own entertainment company called Roc Nation. Jay-Z grew up in New York City and started making music in the late 1980s. He co-founded Roc-A-Fella Records in 1994 to release his first two albums, "Reasonable Doubt" in 1996 and "In My Lifetime, Vol. 1" in 1997, both of which were praised by critics.
