The vintage cards looked awesome!! All the vintage cards I see around Wisconsin are in rough shape, really hard to find one with good corners even. I’d be a kid in a candy store with the look of a ton of the vintage cards
Did you go through the whole ‘84 set from Memory Lane? I bought a 1980 set off of the same guy and the big name players were all taken out of it. Also, you were only a few miles away from the best antique store in the area for baseball cards. It’s called Rocky Ridge Antiques. It’s right up the road in State Line. Guy named Kevin has a spot in the back of the store and it’s loaded with wax and other stuff. My son and I go there all the time.
@7:13 you called the baseball sticker boxes ODDBALLS ??? Just b/c you are unfamiliar with a product doesn't make them ODDBALLS !!! I grew up with those ODDBALLS in 1982......1987 box I'm less familiar with, stopped collecting stickers by that time !!!
Old Glory is in my hometown of Frederick. ironically the baseball card shop I frequented as a kid, Burton's, (long since closed) was in the adjacent strip mall. Could be that old inventory there, who knows?
You missed Rocky Ridge Collectibles while you were in Hagerstown. They have a big booth with cards and a couple cases near the front. Also has toys. As you headed back, provided you went I-70 to I-68, you missed the Hancock Antique Mall. Not much on cards, but there are a few booths for your vintage toy collecting. Have to ask, where was that first place? I'm thinking Cumberland or Frostburg?
Was hoping to stop by Rocky Ridge but they are closed on Sunday along with a couple others. I was there a few years back and the one guy in the back had a lot of cool stuff. The first place is in Frederick.
@@thepastisalive yeah, the Hancock place is a sister store to Rocky Ridge, so they'd be closed on Sundays too. If you do hit up that Hancock Antique Mall, they have a pretty good restaurant there, so do some shopping and get a bite to eat after. If I get down toward Frederick, I'll have to check that place out.
Awesome finds Jon. Thanks for giving us a play by play video on each antique mall. I hope to make it over that way at some point in the future. I have some NY places I'm checking out this upcoming Friday.
I love “Baker Street” playing in the background at the Beaver Creek store. I think you went through a time machine when you walked through the door, lol
1996 Bowman had foil parallels. They were relatively common - a few per box... a nice easy parallel to hit! Stoked that you got the 2003 Bazooka for half price. The 2000s is the last bastion of value in the hobby. Wish Upper Deck was still making licensed product.
Watching these vids makes me want to go to some of these types of places around me to look for stuff but I don't have anywhere close to the knowledge of values to find any deals.
Yet another reason living in California sucks. Here there are no stores like that due to the fact that everything is so expensive the overhead would make a business like that crumble in a matter of months. On a side note does anybody else think the Pujols/Ichiro card is undervalued? I am sure it was over printed I get that but at the same time those are two of the best players ever on the same card and both rookies.... Also you have to factor in the fact that Ichiro has a HUGE following Pujols stuff has dropped off because of the second half of his baseball life but go look at his over all states they are insane.
The seller is just sitting there, fingers crossed, that the Todd Benzinger sells for 5 cents. I love antique shops even if its just to laugh at prices. The roommate is deathly afraid of cricket's for unknown reasons.
Been watching for channel for a long time. Some slight criticism/advice. Get a new placemat with the back ground being a diff color. Or add more to it to hide a majority of the black. This isn’t meant to be insulting or negative Hope you don’t take it that way. Just a marketing tip.
If I ever want a good laugh i step in any random antique store and theres always booths with hilariously high card prices on junk wax commons. Just the amount of time it takes to individually price these cards out for them to just sit there is funny in itself....in what universe are they getting their comps from?
Hey Jon! Great pick ups out of ALL those cards. Lol I’ve been venturing out down here in Atlanta, moved from Alaska last November, and it’s a world of difference in selection of cards. Hopefully one day I’ll get the channel back up and going.
At 15:39 I got that bioroid hovercraft for Christmas, and was like what the heck is Robotech , wish I still had it!
The vintage cards looked awesome!! All the vintage cards I see around Wisconsin are in rough shape, really hard to find one with good corners even. I’d be a kid in a candy store with the look of a ton of the vintage cards
Lots and lots of cool stuff. I'm going to have to make my way up North soon it looks like. Thanks for showing everything
Those are Bowman foil cards one per pack in 1996.
I got a hand collated 87 Topps set recent for 10 bucks. Yours was a great deal
Dan marino rookie! Great card!!
Is that your landline phone ringing at 14:24 ? Didn’t know people still had those. It’s like a blast from the past!! 😁
Cool video!! Love your content
Good stuff. Any idea how much that 2014 topps heritage high number set was at the cricket place?

That dude looks pissed behind Nelson Cruz on that upper deck rookie
That Invincible Iron Man 9 is worth about 4--$500
Great video! Antique stores are so hit or miss
Went to the Philly show this past weekend. Got some good deals. Schmidt second year for 3 bucks. A 1969 mantle for five bucks. And more!
I love the randomness of the stores

Always a great job , even in the stores / malls just wonderful . God bless !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I picked up a jeff bagwell leaf gold rookie for 1.00 from that antique store in frederick last year
The 1996 AJ Pyrzinski is a Bowman Foil (1 per pack)
Ichiro and Pujols rookie great pickup
Great video, that Ichiro/Pujols card is epic! Thanks for sharing!
Wait. Did you do a TV edit dub of "1996" at 21:14 in? If so, I'm so proud of you

Awesome finds Jon. Thanks for giving us a play by play video on each antique mall. I hope to make it over that way at some point in the future. I have some NY places I'm checking out this upcoming Friday.
Thanks Sammy! Looking forward to checking out what you come across!
The past is present
When I went through Missouri, there were like 5 antique stores in every town
Wish I could have stopped.
Dan Marino Rookie for 20$.. ill take them all...
I'd love to see that 2003 Bazooka if you decide to open it. Great stuff, as per usual 👍🏼
Yes I would be very curious what could be inside that as well lol
he got the pricing from eric. he's selling 50 cent cards for 20$ on his auction tonight. haha
🤣
Lol
Yeah really what’s up that?
Crazyness
@@mikeconnors1599 I dunno though. Erik seemed down and out. I hope he's okay.
Very nice wknd recap. Thanks for the content as usual⚾️
I love “Baker Street” playing in the background at the Beaver Creek store. I think you went through a time machine when you walked through the door, lol
I wanna know the comic prices
The Joey Votto is a Kmart exclusive gold variation. Very nice card for that price, one of his better Rc's
Are "Kmart exclusive" and "better" allowed in the same sentence?
It’s just as interesting as to what you leave on the table as opposed to what you come home with…

Great pick ups! That one mall with all the cards..whew! keep on the road my friend, it's calling you...as is Taco Bell!
Where are this stores ?
Laughed hard about that icing on the cake. Gotta love it
Watching these vids makes me want to go to some of these types of places around me to look for stuff but I don't have anywhere close to the knowledge of values to find any deals.
1996 bowman silver card, they were one per pack in 1996 bowman.
Love nonsports stuff. Wish there were dealers with them in my area.

I made a set of the 2003 Bazooka. It was a bitch with all of the SP's and different bazooka Joe cards.

Oh man I need those sexy robots and pinup packs.
If I ever want a good laugh i step in any random antique store and theres always booths with hilariously high card prices on junk wax commons. You said it. I saw an 89 Topps Sheffield for $17.50 yesterday and couldn’t help but chuckle.
VLC anybody looking for a Wagner card 1909 I got what I want for sale
hey john brother you never showed the christmas holiday pack you bought at that yard sale for 3 buck lol
Open the Bazooka!
Old Glory looked a little empty, granted it has been 10 years.
You shoulda grabbed that Benzinger for a nickle. How funny would that be? Walk up, and pay for that card.....with a nickle.
no hockey
Kinda overwhelmed by all of these cards.
Very curious about that "world of us Manga" box. Tf is that lol
Love the antique store. But most of the time they're overpriced. Nice on the 1984 set.
let me and or roberts kno if your come across any funko's wortrh buying

Man, your camera movement made it ridiculously hard to follow along. I'd recommend slowing down next time. Cool effing cards though!
26 minutes is too long just show us the cards
@@ripping4ripkens I only lasted 4 minutes. The same time with your 👩 mom.
Eat a 🍆
I like that Tony Perez. That's a great price for that card!!
