few people, like me, know the difference between 50 clean pushups and the 50 he did, do it like him instead of clean you can do twice as much, do it like the first woman and you can do 4 times as much

Well, not really... His chest wasn't touching the ground, his chin was waaay too high, his butt was also a bit high, and his legs were spread out... The skater kid who did 20 push-ups did great pushups for the first 10, his form was a bit off, but that was the closest to perfect form throughout the vid.
This video got me really pumped. I ripped my shoulder a year and 4 month ago and been making slow progress back. I actually paused the video before the first contestant went to see how well I would do against the people in this video. Literally copped out at 53. Tho I got nothing, I feel like a million bucks
30 is impressive! Stay with it every day it will take you somewhere amazing if you've just begun training for the first time. Maybe add some air squats too to keep the body balanced! When I first started training at 12yo it was push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. The most consecutive push-ups I've done with good form since then was 82. I'll tell you it feels good to feel strong buddy keep going!!!

A lot of people who don’t know what proper form feels like have no idea what they look like when they’re actually doing the exercise. You see it with lifting too. People think they’re doing it right, but they don’t have the muscle memory or experience to know that they’re good.
You know what I learn from this video....... always keep your body in shape , who's know someday , someone willing to pay me to do pushup , I'll might regret for the rest of my life if I can't even do 10 proper pushup

57 years ago, when the pushup world record was like 6000, I did 5000 on the floor of our game room - it took a couple of hours as I recall. Now I can barely do 160, but that would still be a painful payout for your UA-cam channel of super hype. I´m a big fan.

Dang these videos make me want to live in Oregon or SoCal! I did 350 pushups in 5 sets today and I do like 100-150 everyday with exceptions of only doing 50 on Thursdays. These videos are very motivating

@@spawndevil615 if you want too be able to do many pushups, practise pushups. Since you can do 7 do 10 on the knees or leave 2-3 reps in before failure. Do 3-5 sets 4 times a week. Thats a good start i would say😄
US is lucky to have challenges like this😊 i hope philippines can have this kind of challenges. Im going 61 but i can push up 70-100 in one minute , 59 reps in 30 seconds. Just applied guiness last week hopefully i passed😊😊😊
I did 110 pushups a night for 40 years...wouldn't say they were all always quality and I would pause, holding myself in the 'up' position at points. But, I did focus on doing them properly after a while. The most I did properly, non-stop/non-pause was 90. That woulda been a sweet $450, haha!

$10 dollars would be wayyy too much. Even unfit people could probably grind out 150+. The super fit guys who occasionally turn up for these challenges could probably do like 1000 if they kept to a beat, even the kids would completely clean him out of cash if they did a situp challenge. With money on the line you've got to add on like an extra 50% of effort too. $1 per situp would be fair, but would still mean you'd get people going at it for like 10 minutes at a time.
