I wholeheartedly agree that Pablo is a true gem in the music industry. Not only is he a talented composer of their songs, but his voice is simply mesmerizing to listen to.

Pablo is someone to stan. He is a great singer no doubt, but how he creates songs and distributes it to his members to highlight their strengths should be recognized and how he supports the less vocally able members, not that they are bad singers but, how he harmonizes to them. And of I am mahalima ( stan five of them) is because it happens that they fit together tightly like a jigsaw puzzle or they make 5he rainbow with their different colors

he gives as he performs, there's something in his voice that gives you goosebumps. Pablo is really something else, and he knows when to catch his members...they all have beautiful voice of their own BUT Pablo makes it more beautiful as he blends with them.

I think one of the reasons why their songs sound so good is Pablo's mastery of each of the member's voices. He composes their songs and know where each member will shine the most. And I agree... Pablo is a gem who will give a lot of artists and composers a run for their money. ❤😊

Pablo is the composer and also the producer of this song, Pablo (John Paulo Nase) aside from being the leader, lyricist, composer, music producer, main rapper, lead vocalist of SB19 is the person behind the songs part assignments for each of his member Pablo said he base his decision on his members strengths so that they can shine and when he compose the songs he thinks about how he can get his members to grow or improve he always try to get them out of their comfort zones. 👍💙

This is indeed a very well-written composition of Pablo. I actually cried a lot when I first heard this song, because when you listen to this song with earphones, the song feels like it is embracing you. This is actually my favorite ballad song of SB19 (yes, they change always when they release new albums because their ballads keeps getting better every single time that they release a new EP).

Your RV made me want to cry for 2 reasons.
1) You recognised the superiority of LIHAM as a composition. This PABLO creation is indeed a work of art. I think he must have been particularly feeling in love when he composed this. And yet, in spite of the emotion, he still wrote the song with the ups and downs that you describe with the boys in mind. He never fails to take into account their timbres and vocal ranges and capabilities. He is technically excellent even if he has not had formal training in music. His composition and lyricism have grown exponentially as the years have passed.
2) You credited PABLO for his voice and singing. Personally, as an A'Tin, I try not to single any member out as my bias. But every once in a while, I like to flex PABLO because he won't do it himself. This is a quality that is commendable - his being a selfless leader. But even as I try to love the boys equally and adore it when the other four are praised and lauded, I often feel PABLO is underrated as a performer. So thank you for pointing out how he has a very healthy technique to his singing, how he knows how to take care of his voice, how versatile he is as a singer, and how he genuinely has a lovely voice. It's quite rare to have him praised in this way. I truly feel that when PABLO is recognised, the whole group is recognised. He represents SB19 all the way, not just himself.

i agree! Pablo is a hidden gem. He doesn't want to be praised...How can we not? He is not just a good Rapper and Singer, he is the brilliant mind behind every SB19 songs. From composition to producing to arrangement of their music..Look at his lyrics, it's poetry. Filipino language is such an expressive language that sometimes English sub doesn't do justice to the intent of the words. When I listen to his songs recently, it feels like a motion-picture. I can create a scenery in my mind by just listening to SB19 songs. He is even content to do most of the second voice to achieved what he intended to do with the song/s he created. Some calls him Protege because he can convert a common sound in our surroundings and incorporate it into music!

Pablo isn't a hidden gem. He is a GEM! We all know how versatile he is in singing. He can nail both the singing & the rapping. Being the main rapper of SB19 is just a position he had to fill in.Just like other members filling in a certain title when they were starting coz that was the system and a pattern they had to follow. But now with SB19, they have torn and broken that boundary and walls. They all are main singers, main dancers, main rappers in their own right. Ken might come across as strained when singing, but I guess that's his style and that we won't be getting that uniquely beautiful sound should he follow what the book says.Each of them is unique. And that what makes them special and adored by many.

I get the comments about wishing the English caption was up. But I think it being off helped her to focus more on the musicality and voices which I love. Great dissection from her. Very helpful constructive comments. And of what I know of Josh if he ever sees this, he would appreciate the lesson and run away with it. He’s one who’s an eager learner, already an awesome rapper, an integral part of the singing dynamics and harmony, still he puts in efforts to improve. I also love how much Katriinka appreciates Pablo. He is magic, such a blessing. And, also glad how she noticed the dreaminess of Justin’s tone and delivery. He is also being a great part of the lower registers. And Stell and Ken are of course just 👩🏻🍳 kiss.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone underestimate Pablo as a singer. When SB19 debuted, Pablo was already the lead singer. SB19's vocal line consisted of Stell (main vocals), Pablo, and Ken as lead vocals. But because Pablo and Ken are also part of the rap line with Pablo as the main rapper, Josh and Ken as lead rappers, they often forgo the singing in their hype songs.
Pablo is really versatile, not only to his voice but how he writes songs is also versitile he can write songs in different genre for different range of voice. I can't imagine how he do that from composer, producer to performer like how he did all that. That's why for me Pablo hits different he understands his ability, he know that he has a lot to offer. Pablo is already a legend for me. A hidden gem in music industry!. He knows everything about music. That's a real Artist

Yes, PABLO did write all the songs in this EP PAGTATAG, though some have co-writers, but basically, he is the "main lyricist". He also co-produced most, if not all, of SB19's songs.

100% this girl knows what she was saying and it was all correct. As I have a background in voice techniques. The reason why us Filipinos are good with ballads it's because we use our vowels clearly and openly. This creates a light and heavenly sound. The point in every music is that, it's not about who will shine. It's all about the balance of the sound. If they sing in unison they should sound as one and no one should stick out. And this is where SB19 shines. Cause they are not overpowering each other, they always find their balance.

In this performance, Ken and Justin are alternating in taking the bass or lower notes. Especially in 10:00, it was Justin who is at the lower end of the harmony.
I've always loved your VRs. Very technical. One of the few reactors that does this. Btw, Wishbus Liham has English sub. It's very emotional. A very moving love song (can even be a worship song).

Would you believe that Wish Bus was having technical difficulties during this time? They can't balance the mics. Ken's mic was so low that towards the end for his solo, he can barely be heard. But there's a silver lining there. Justin's take on the low notes can clearly be heard and Josh's harmonization was perfect. It still came out beautifully.
Oh, and it was Josh's growl you heard, not Stell 😂.

Stell's voice is always like a prince to me. Justin’s voice is so sweet and calming. Josh's voice is also kinda sweet and flattering. Ken’s voice hits differently when he is singing. It’s calming. It’s like he is singing you a lullaby. I really love each one of them. Their versatility is top-notch!

Hope you had the English subs on. The lyrics are just beautiful! This is a song dedicated to A'tin. The translation of Liham is letter in English. As for MaPa, the Lyrics video is very good and the visuals tell the story of the song. They also recorded MaPa on the Wish USA bus and it has English subs as well. MaPa must be watched with English subs. Actually every ballad is so powerful when you understand the English translation!

First, I agree that PABLO is a hidden gem. He really is. I agree when you said how PABLO understands his voice because on their recent Dallas vlog, before entering the stage, he asks the boys to feel free to do adlibs as he feels a little bad on his voice that day. He knows when to use it in full capacity and when to relax and rest. And I agree as well that he's so versatile as a performer. 💙💙💙

But I also feel so blessed that he ended up being grouped with Stell, Ken, Justin and Josh. IMO, they are the group version of what you'd call a match made in heaven. 🤭 With their individual talents, they cover all the lows, the mids and the highs when they sing together, (especially in their ballads) that you feel like their voices are hugging you from all sides! The sound is so full, so diviiine. 😭
