World's Toughest Road -New way to Panchachuli Himalaya- Tawaghat to Dantu , Darma valley Uttarakhand

- We are travelling to Panchachuli peaks . Let me show you the unexplored , newly developing road - where you can drive to Dantu Village & then trek to Panchachuli peaks of Himalay .
With a keen sense of adventure , we hit the road, blissfully ignorant of the challenges that lay ahead. As we entered Tawaghat , the roads turned treacherous, laden with stones & pebbles, demanding utmost focus & skill. We witnessed a landslide first hand, capturing the heart-stopping moment on camera. That was an eye opener & more of a reality check that you are here now u gotta be careful. Trench on our right side remained an ever-present reminder of the risks involved.
@CarTalksWithMayank on driving seat, closer to khaii & his job was to watch the road & make sure we never drove very close to the edge of the khaai. I was scanning the hills on my left for any signs of landslide , coz it always starts with small pebbles falling off & then followed by bigger stones & in comes a lot of mud with it.
In total, we witnessed five landslides during our journey - I saw 1 occur in real-time, while the remaining 4 had just taken place & the cleaning process was underway.
Thanks to @UttarakhandTourismofficial for its prompt maintenance. It takes special efforts to keep the roads functional & enhance tourism / the tourist experiences.
Medicine shops are not too frequent so always carry your own set & few extras as emergencies. Dantu locals, nestled within the Himalayas, follows a belief in natural remedies / Jadi Bootis. Medications aren't abundant here, as locals rely on medicinal plants for various health concerns.

Not dangerous we went there with bike and was stuck for 15 days also

Yes . With the ground clearance it has, sonet will manage easily on those roads but please, do check the left side of the hill always while driving. Small landslides are very common.

Those sheep are at the mercy of their owner. Laughing at their ultimate fate at 2:27 was really cruel. Typical of human nature to treat animals cruelly.
Oo no sir. Please don't get me wrong but sheep and humans live together in Harmony here as both need each other. At this high altitude and tough terrains with unexpected & treacherous weather conditions, humans and sheep take care of each other. The Shepard takes them out for gazing grass and protects them from snow leopards and mountain bears . In return, it uses their skin to make warm clothes.
भाई 20 दिन पहले ही आया में दरमा वैली और दुग्तु गांव से घूम कर मेने आज तक इतने झरने कही नही देखे जितने धारचूला से लेके दरमा वैली के रास्ते में है ,,,, और सड़क तो पूरी खतम है मुश्किल से पूरे रास्ते में 15 km ही ठीक है बाकी 65 km पूरा खतम,,,, और दूर दूर तक न इंसान ना इंसान की जात टोटल रिमोट एरिया
