I got this desk/workbench a couple months ago. While it may seem like a good idea to chuck up a 10mm hex bit in a power drill to crank the desk up and down.....don't do it. It'll work great until you go too far and snap the shaft in the height adjustment mechanism. All that said, Husky has been great and is sending out a replacement shaft, but I have to wait 4-6 weeks for the part.
Funny, I did the same thing about a year ago. I bought the big 8ft bench as my new office desk. I bought another 6ft top and cut it down to make risers with some square aluminum tubing to hold them up. Best decision ever. Tons of space.
I've got a Husky toolbox (big one) I bought about a year ago for work and they seem to be really nice quality. The main thing for a toolbox is the drawers and the rollers on the rails for the drawers.

That would also make an awesome guitar workstation
100% it really would!

They seem to be alright for reasonable prices
Very useful. Thank you. You solved a lot of the issues I had assembling
Cool , that should hold your heavy work load for sure :)
Haha! For sure. Can record HEAVY guitars now.
Bro, this thumbnail!🤣🤣🤣 Legend!!!
I took that pic as a joke to send to Angela lol, then I sent to all my buddies anyway haha.
Looking good, thanks for the video #likealittlelego lol
Legos are great!
Ryan knows whats up, got to have a drill or a driver for all that hardware. Turning a screwdriver is outdated and slow
That’s why Angela came up to the shop lol… I had a really long Phillips Bit… at the house.
Life is easier with a drill.
is it suitable for 6 feet tall guy for standing position
Yep. I’m 6’2. Works fine as a standing desk
