I'm loving this series, Ming is great to watch, and the guests are high calibre. Madhur Jaffrey is the GOAT of Indian cooking. When her first series in the UK debuted back in the 1980s, the next day the UNITED KINGDOM sold out of coriander.
Love watching your videos. I would never have guessed Chef Madhur is over her mid 60’s. 😲. I will try to make her potatoes and bread and definitely your cauliflower and chicken minus the heat can’t eat spicy foods.
Before moving to Canada, I knew that they wouldn't have the same amount of Indian restaurants there, so I bought a Madhur Jaffrey cookbook, 'The Essential Madhur Jaffrey'. It's been a mainstay in my kitchen for the past 24 yrs. I would love to meet her just to thank her for her recipes. Always enjoyed watching Simply Ming. I'm still yet to make a recipe though.

This was so sweet to watch. They are so adorable together. I have one of Madhur's book from way back. I love Indian spices and foods.
