I love all your videos. I've learned so much that I can actually style my daughters hair for prom/homecoming, etc without damaging her natural hair. Thank you!
I’m so happy you didn’t do any leave out in the back I think having leave out in the back just makes you have to deal with blending most often than not.
@@brandymonise205 yesssss , that rat tail is my favorite especially when I got a ponytail. You just schooled me I been saying rake tail. Lmao the handle is like a rat tail. 🤣🤣🤣
Rat tail comb for the itching n i mean as long as your not n high humidity it shouldn't bother u much n having it in just feels as if your sleeping in a wig
This video was informative because we got to see you reuse the hair and how it goes back wavy. I had to start me a folder for Studio Techilo of all the favorite hairstyles and this is another one. 😀🙌🏽👍🏽😍
Your video was literally the best, most detailed video I’ve watched on UA-cam! Thank you for sharing your work and actually making such a detailed video!
Great video and work! I've always wondered how good this hairstyle is for the natural hair. It is pulled so tight with all that hairspray. Will it last a month through washing or can you wash it at all?
Love it but it always seems the same hair style half up half down. Are your clients request that style or is this vid just for promo. And how is this a protection style tied up in a tight bun while her edges are already thinning?
Love the look but when ur finishing the ponytail, why skip to to end and take the few minutes it took to complete to show how u finished it before going to styling? U show everything else start to finish... why not that party as well? Just wondering
I love watching your work. I have tried the cap but when the glue is put on the cap, it still gets to the scalp. I have very dry hair and when I went in for a new style, after taking the cap off, my hair was veeerrryyyy dry from the glue. So I never let the beautician use a cap.
I tried that spray method on one of my clients for a ponytail. It ended up being a sticky mess and I had to apply other products. What am I missing? I know there is something. It doesn’t just lay smooth like on this video.
JAY BIRD 2 weeks is not a long time for a black person. Our hair doesn’t get greasy and oily within a few days as other races. Usually we go to the salon every 2 weeks or wash and do it ourselves every 2 weeks. That’s the norm.
Tara King I have problems with my hair depending on the weather my hair won’t lay down in the summer so I wash it every week if I don’t decide to braid it winter I get the best results growth anti breakage idk hair is complicated but u right u have to train it
Tara King imma keep that n mind 😉😉 cause I b wanting my hair to grow like when I was younger but girlll the older I get the worst it gets .... so cold water rinse at the end of a wash
Very fucking impressive I don't know where State your from but you did a good job I wish a lot of stylist take their time using products to protect the style of the hair cuz most of them don't care we as black women need to take pride in their hair weather if it's weave or natural 👍👍👍👍
I want to get this done in a couple of weeks but I’m just wondering how long this hairstyle will last? And that high ponytail probably isn’t good for her edges. Smh I’ve booked the appointment but I’m still deciding.
Just a couple questions ... will the back slip off when the glue wears out? And is sewing the cap down for security a option?... Definitely turned out beautiful
It shouldn’t slip out unless you keep it in for a while but even then it wouldn’t be noticeable. Sewing the cap down does provide extra security as well as prolongs the style.
What i like about this hairdresser apart from being very talented, she doesn’t economize on her products to the clients when servicing like other places
The style is cute, but how is this a "protective style"? You wrapped that ponytail holder like 5 times and sprayed that rock hard hairspray. Her hair needs treatments and a cut. This title is misleading.
I'm glad someone said what I was thinking, I didn't see her moisturize nor oil her hair and her ends were split and hair dry and brittle.. this is interesting..
This wasn’t a reparative style. All the name means is that the hair, especially the ends, are tucked away, preventing manipulation and the hair is protected from weather conditions. With this she can wear it for a month and the majority of her hair won’t need any heat, if any at all. That’s all that “protective” means. There’s a difference between protect and repair. This title isn’t misleading. You’re just misunderstanding.
I love her,Janay Mickles,Elite Hair Care USA,and Deeper Than Hair. They all are great and I wish they were in my city. Great job 👏 💯
Girl me to watch all those channels but i live in Massachusetts sooo far away 😂
I love all these people you just named as well. All of them know about healthy hair and they're excellent stylists.
Yes me too same people great minds think a like Tracy Payton ✨
Those are all in my rotation of videos to watch also😍
Agreed
I love all your videos. I've learned so much that I can actually style my daughters hair for prom/homecoming, etc without damaging her natural hair. Thank you!
Finally, someone that didn't change the hair by straightening it! This style is very practical, pretty and doable!
Ikr I always wondered why people get wavy hair when they going to wear it straight? But the wavy is more versatile.
Dewana Johnson wavy hair is thicker and has more body than straight hair. Also it holds a curl better if she wants to curl it💙
Hair looks bomb. Praying for good hair and good health for everyone in Jesus' name.❤
Amen 🙏
Why praying for ''good hair' you hare the one who have to treat your hair in a good way. It's not his responsebility to maintane it but yours.

Guys, it's 99 degrees outside! How does the client scratch her scalp? Doesn't her scalp sweat?

It looks very pretty , but how can a person stand the feeling of all that stuff sprayed and glued on their head , how could a person sleep?

Hi! Love your videos! Can you make a detailed video on how you position the top track so that you don’t have to have any leave out over the part?
This hairstyle is soo pretty! one of my favs to do..

You are a fantastic stylist. Ponytails have become so complicated though. 😃
I tried that spray method on one of my clients for a ponytail. It ended up being a sticky mess and I had to apply other products. What am I missing? I know there is something. It doesn’t just lay smooth like on this video.
Does the two cap method and the got 2 be glue really help with protecting your hair? Like no extra glue residue left in your hair after take out?
What a transformation it looks really good!!
I can't believe it how it just stays. My hair can't even hold a braid without it coming loose and the with hairspray , wax and gel.
Very artistic, love the artwork on hair, awesome job. 😀
Guys can the stocking cap fall off if your head sweats? How long does this style last? It looks very pretty
U always do a nice job on your clients har. How long does this hairstyle last?
A week r 2 depending on the person
JAY BIRD 2 weeks is not a long time for a black person. Our hair doesn’t get greasy and oily within a few days as other races. Usually we go to the salon every 2 weeks or wash and do it ourselves every 2 weeks. That’s the norm.
JAY BIRD right these hair styles usually make people’s hair grow it’s ok not to wash every week
Tara King I have problems with my hair depending on the weather my hair won’t lay down in the summer so I wash it every week if I don’t decide to braid it winter I get the best results growth anti breakage idk hair is complicated but u right u have to train it

That will hurt her head as hell after few hours.😄 So much work for few days of hairstyle

What happen with the hair after ?

Beautifully done!
So good. Straight perfect!
You are so talented!!
Once you cut the front of the caps, it seems that the back part would begin to slip. Am I wrong?
@Rodney Norman So the wave cap itself doesn't have any kind of adhesive on it?
Private Pilot J Morris no it doesn’t.

I was trying to see how you did the front but it didn't show. How you got the hair slick around the ponytail 🤔
