I use to worry about my son getting too big also! Happy that he weighed 7lbs 11 0zs plus I delivered vaginally...I had the best doctor ever, he had to slit me first before delivering him to prevent tearing. With regards to weight I went from 130 to 173 im back down to 140 now thanks to one meal a day lol. You'll be fine,all the best & congrats!
