I would like to acknowledge and thank the crew of SV Delos for selecting someone (Greg) with a serious health issue and a lifelong dream to go sailing. You guys yet again found a way to make this grown man cry just for making someone very happy. I commend you guys for being the best possible human beings that you all obviously are. I am also so very jealous of Greg now, haha. I hope his and his girls stay on Delos was extremely enjoyed and shall never be forgotten. I see why people introduce themselves to the Delos crew with arms wide open because with people like Brian, Brady, Karin and Camilla, there can be no other way to do it. Love you guys and this channel more than any other.... Fair winds...
Its been quite a while since Karen had some help editing. And I know it's really hard work and shes been doing it all alone for quite some time. So I'd like to acknowledge her off-camera efforts for making this possible. WELL DONE KAREN! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
a couple of the things that defines Delos and crew is humility and humanity...awesome choice with crewing Chyanne and Greg... after watching her video i'd have given my chance to them in a heartbeat..she is one in a million..thanks Delos
Damn good episode guys. I think I speak for the group when I say we got emotionally invested in Frida, Babs, J and Max..but, the new crew is an excellent fit and feels like Old School SV Delos. Imagine how cool Greg and Chyanne felt when they actually stepped on the deck of Delos as crew, rather than watching on the innerwebs.
I had dear friend that had Huntington's Disease he lived to be 48 years old but he was always a happy go lucky kind of a guy... He buried his dad when he was 9 years of his dad was 37... His 2 brothers also had it and they died when they were in their 20's so my friend knew all about heartache but he never let it get him down. He truly knew the love of Christ and show it to everyone... I'm personally proud of y'all for picking them to sail with you... As always I'm looking foreword to your next video...
[Liz] How could anyone resist a video like that?! Really looking forward to watching Chyanne and Greg settle in to life on Delos! ❤ Madagascar is calling us...what a place. I want a lemur to play with my hair too! Peace and fair winds, beautiful people!
Elle DelSol [Liz] Me too! Hoping to go across the Indian Ocean in 2018, but it will be up to our Patreons to decide which route we take! Peace and fair winds! 🙏
Speaking truthfully with smiling emotion as a now retired captian of a 64' Blue water Ketch my wife and salute you seasoned seadogs both of us giving you and your fine crew a loud and hearty , "Hell yeah" for picking the two young dreamers to sail along with you on your extended journey. Many folks follow you with honest admiration of your entire crew and your travels throughout your many land falls and passages aboard the SV Delos. Once again you and your crew put smiles on thousands of faces, good on ya all, the journey never ends as long as there are dreamers of the sea and sailors of the wind. Peace be unto you and yours. Capt. David,SV Eleutheros (ret)
Sharing dreams with others through your competitions is an incredible social responsibility that is great to watch. I have been watching an episode or 2 a night from the beginning. I cant recommend your channel enough. The genuine energy, adventurous spirit, seeking of the good times and goodwill is so addictive. It will be forever hard to match the crew from Andaman to Madagascar but watching the Delos story has been inspiring. Love your work.
I binge watched the first 115 episodes about a year ago. Just started watching again and remember why I binge watched the first 115 episodes. Great show.
Its not often when I get extremely happy while watching a video but seeing them joining you guys made me extremely happy. Had a huge smile and even shed a tear. :)
man, these 20 minutes fly by so fast! sooo nice! I need more of this. you guys are awesome !!! Love this so much. All the best for you and a BIG thanks for sharing this :)
Robert Yeah its a wonderful channel. Every since I discovered them 3 or 4 years ago I have managed to binge watch all their episodes three times, at least once a year. If you have not watched all their videos in order, it's almost as good as any TV show. Just an amazing bunch of people and channel. I hope they do this a very long time.
What can I say, you are all wonderful down to earth people. Each time I watch Delos videos I am entertained, learn something new and thirsty for a nice Rum drink all at the same time. Thank you for choosing Greg and Chyanne to be part of the crew, they are a great addition to the team. Keep living the dream, and stay safe. Hugs ^..^
1st time posting, Love your videos, And covet your life style. I was moved to post after seeing Chyannes video. My dad, uncle, and grandma, past away from Huntington's chorea. Thank God me and my brother didn't get it, but i lived over 30 years thinking I would get it in my early 30's and die in my mid 40's. Its heart wrenching to see someone go through that. I'm glad Greg got to enjoy being on Delos, and my heart goes out to him and his family.
The fewer keys on my keyring, the happier I tend to be. A life full of work and jobs is rarely truly happy. The happiest I ever was was when I was the poorest; I was very free. Rock on Delos crew! I am sure you are in inspiration to freedom for many men and women. Madagascar looks great. I seriously love the poverty.
All of your smiles are so contagiously infective. My jaw aches from smiling along with this most recent update. Thank you all for your hard work bringing your adventures to all of us.
The awesomeness of your content never stops improving. So glad to see you help Greg realize his life long dream. I look forward to Friday mornings each week.
Another 20 minutes of escapism for me after a week at work, keep it up guys, looking forward to watching the new pirates integrate and share the Delos adventure. My Delos T arrived this week and cant wait for someone to notice it in the marina here in the UK.
You are living and sharing a truly unique experience on so many levels. Let your adventure be a role model for many more who wishes to enjoy and share the positive potential of our universe. A truly positive impact on many, now and future generations. I send my love to you all and I thank you.
One of the things I really love about you guys is how ready you seem to be to share with others. Great choice on new crew! And was also cool helping those guys get off the reef. You might not have done much but your willingness to jump in and help was what counts. Some say you guys are just about partying and naked girls.... But your so much more. You do touch so many lives. And make places in the world interesting, and desirous to see. Mora Mora is a great way to live.... hope to one day. For now its the freaking rat race in the US... not a great place to be right now.
I moved to another apartment two weeks ago. Now after almost three weeks absence of watching your videos this was the first one in my new home. Feels so good to have you here!! Like old friends coming to visit at a new place. :)
You guys made Greg's dream come true!!! Upmost respect for all 4 of you. I wish Camilla could stay onboard with you guys as a permanent crew member, she fits like beer and a burrito. Her smile/laugh is contagious. Cheers and fair winds
Just watched all your videos from the beginning. It was like reading a book that can't be put down. One reason is that you bring back so many memories for me. Maybe you've heard of SV/Alvei, captained by Evan Logan. He sails a big red square rigged schooner around the Fiji, Vanuatu, Australia, and New Zealand waters wintering mostly on the South Island of NZ, in Nelson. In fact, the photo of me, at right, was taken at the New Years festival in Nelson last year. I spent three months aboard the Alvei in Vanuatu then three months in Nelson, NZ waiting for Alvei. You know how that goes. I'm back in the states, but miss Vanuatu the way you miss Madagascar. They seem similar from watching the vid's, and I see you enjoyed kava in Vanuatu. Oh, yeah. I have so many stories from my own journey, and blogged a few. I miss the water so very much. Alas, I get super sea sick. Don't you think it's very unfair to love sailing and the so much to be laid low by a physical malady? I'd be happy in a thatched roof hut by the sea almost as much. Fair winds. Brady, so glad you have a new friend. She's beautiful, funny, and smart. Your new friend, Lydia.
So cool of you guys to invite the tribe to your boat! I can't imagine how cool it would be to be on the Delos after watching countless hours of your adventures wishing I was there! Keep it going guys! You are showing that the world is full of awesome people and awesome places. Carpe Diem mates.
i have been following you guys for a while and you guys leave everyone in the dust when it comes to making the best sailing videos, you are happy, fun, just a joy to watch. i can see many being inspired to pursue their dreams just because of you guys, you truly are an inspiration to everyone watching your videos. all the best of luck:)
Delos you guys are awesome! why to go for bringing on this new crew! They look so happy to be aboard. So looking forward to future episodes with them in it!
I love every single episode filmed in Madagascar!! The place is magical and every local seems to be truly happy there ("smiles"). I also am really excited to get to know the new crew who seem like an awesome pair so far. Next episode can't get here soon enough!
I was in a unhappy mood this late afternoon and working hard to rid it from my being. I clicked on your NEW video and the moment I heard your lead in song .... peace, smiles in my sould and happiness to be engulfed in your adventure. Mine starts at the end (or before) this year. Thank you ... and still going strog after 7 years. Leadership!! Hard to find. 👍⛵️⚓️🌴🌵🌸
Every Friday you guys are my fix, I live in a landlocked state Oklahoma and although I love the culture and scenery here watching you sailing the world builds new dreams for me!
I hear that song and miss the best crew ever Babs, Josje, Max, Firda.....so long age but still the best.....safe sailing guys, keep it up!!! Visit the bay area in the future
I'm so excited to see what Greg and Chyanne will do on Delos!! I saw on facebook that you are in close to the meadle of atlantic ocean. Are coming to Brazil?!! If yes, there will be aewsome!!! Fair winds, guys
It's zoboomafo!!! Still loving your episodes! Your music and editing always seems to amaze me It's always so perfect. The last clip of Bradey chugging a beer always cracks me up. Soo good! Cheers!!
Funny that at the end there is Brady in his Captains blouse. I have been watching the Americas Cup and earlier today I was imagining Brady at the helm one of those speed demons, crew: "New Zealand is doing 33 knots on the split, Brady we need to tack" Brady: " Fuck the Kiwis. We're not fucking tacking until I piss and get another beer, where the fuck are my smokes?" Peace from AK D
just wanted to give a shout out to Delos and crew to say thanks for the amazing videos. Wish I could do that, but at las I am a Chef with a Restaurant and Family, maybe when I retire in a few years? Brings back memories of sailing off of Vancouver Island back in the day at Sea Cadets. oh, well can only wish and watch...keep it up
Just made a double burger with swiss cheese and other things and some wild rice on the side, then I come back to my computer to see a new Delos episode. Good day!
Another great episode, thanks for all the hard work and harder play guys. You're keeping so many people inspired to follow their dreams, good on ya! Looking forward to seeing footage of your first leg over the Atlantic!

The adventures continue...Wow those prawns were massive! and how about an updated version of Brian's "Ilike it, I like it a lot" Wasn't that from many years ago? something cool and creative? just a suggestion.
it's so awesome that you picked them for the new crew it must feel good to be able to fulfill another couples life long fantasy's or goals and to get to join the Delos crew and boat would just be one of the most amazing things that could ever happen, I love you guys and I look forward to the next episode as always.DO EPIC SHIT😎🎬📹💻

"one in a million"????? EVERYONE is special in their own way...some are nice upfront & then you find out they are usually the worse.
Damn good episode guys. I think I speak for the group when I say we got emotionally invested in Frida, Babs, J and Max..but, the new crew is an excellent fit and feels like Old School SV Delos. I binged through the first 100 episodes fast and heard. But I gotta say, the breakup really hit me hard. I miss the other 3 so much.
Must be unreal when all over sudden you are on Delos in real!

Like thick red ketchup oozing out of a bottle your videos pour out smiles and wonder, Hence I Over-Delos and binge watch to feed my addiction!
I live in Wisconsin USA it's hard for me to take in that it is warm when it's raining, makes me shiver
Camilla is a great addition to the crew and so good for you all. Nice video in every way.
Thanks so much.

I'm just amazed that Maggie survived this long and not get stolen from the shore.
it's so awesome that you picked them for the new crew it must feel good to be able to fulfill another couples life long fantasy's or goals and to get to join the Delos crew and boat would just be one of the most amazing things that could ever happen, I love you guys and I look forward to the next episode as always.DO EPIC SHIT😎🎬📹💻
