Same gurukul system was fallowed in kashmir. Kashmir was knowledge center of hindus. When kashmir because muslim majority all the sanskrit knowledge system were taken over by muslim and translated into arabic and do think a lot of so called muslim knowledge system were taken over from india during muslim rule in india

If this gurukul system established then rape cases or abusing anyone is very less because gurukul system have a Rule the is Celibacy means no one allowed to touch women, noone talk about women and romantic things and even you are not allowed to see a women in eyes you should talk bendind your eyes down behind this there was a very good cause because we believe sexual desire is a very strong energy you you control this energy by Dhyan or meditation you will be fearfull inside and outside both your body becomes like rock
