I don't understand how a Christian, who knows the love and sacrifice of Jesus and has years of experience as a minister, could end up following a false religion promoted by a false prophet whose moral standards and examples are hardly worthy of praise or emulation. Observing Muhammad's life, examples, and the legacies passed down to his followers, I see no reason why a Christian, atheist, or anyone seeking truth would want to become a follower of Muhammadanism. My father is a white Australian 🦘 who grew up Catholic, became a strong atheist early on as he couldn't accept the idea of God being a man, and used to debate people about atheism. Then he eventually came to the conclusion that the universe and life is far too complex and full of perfect natural systems to be an accident or coincidence. He searched for God, came across Islam, and after some time, he had every question he asked was answered logically and made sense. So he embraced Islam, cried like a baby, and has never looked back. I watched more than 100 videos about Christianity, read a lot of bibles and I was on the verge accepting Christianity until somebody told me about Islam and I began reading the quran. At that moment, I knew Islam is the truth. I accepted Islam and it was the best decision in my life.

It's my first time watching this channel, I think this video was great and I absolutely agree as a muslim with what the Imam said in terms of being open to discussion and not to isolate yourself when you can make absolutely beautiful relationships with people that are not from your faith. Like you can say "I accept Jesus as my lord" if a Christian pointed a gun on you, or you can just lie in a war to your opponent. But this concept has limits. Life threat must be on view, and right now, not like a possibility. And war must be legitimate war with swords, guns and lives. Not an intellectual debate. My father is a white Australian 🦘 who grew up Catholic, became a strong atheist early on as he couldn't accept the idea of God being a man, and used to debate people about atheism. Then he eventually came to the conclusion that the universe and life is far too complex and full of perfect natural systems to be an accident or coincidence. He searched for God, came across Islam, and after some time, he had every question he asked was answered logically and made sense. So he embraced Islam, cried like a baby, and has never looked back. Been to hajj twice! All his kids reaffirmed the same. There is only One God, the Creator of all things, who has sent messengers since the dawn of man to convey the same message. You mentioned the Sanaa manuscript as a variant. The Sanaa Manuscripts is of a random untracked manuscript with many spilling and handwriting mistakes that show this to be of a random person practicing. It doesn't contain a new version, as there are missing words rendering the sense meaningless, poor handwriting etc.

Really classy for Sean’s followers to trash this imam for showing hospitality to Sean and his son. If you're looking for the truth about Jesus then it makes sense to look in the Christian Holy Book isn't it. The divinity of Jesus was never needed to be created. It was only His humanity that was created by the power of God's Spirit. This was not something that was created at the Council of Nicaea.
Jesus is the only Messiah. He paid the price for the sins of all mankind. He took the sin upon Himself on the cross at Calvary. That was the most excruciating part of the crucifixion death for Christ to be separated in that moment from His Father God. I think this the first time ive seen a real Christian apologist asking valid questions. Even the muslims realised that their defenders lost badly, and the results are there for all to see and hear. Many will want to check the facts for themselves, and will find that the quotes used by Sam and Jay were correct, while their opponents tried the usual tap dancing and lying.

I will say this Sean was one of the most kind and respectful Christians I have seen and heard in such a long time. Im not talking just in regards to approaching Islam and trying to understand it. I am talking about period. Very refreshing because this was not the norm of what I've seen in churches and I've lived across the country as a veteran. I've said many time i have a lot of love for Prophet Jesus pbuh but i dont much care for people who claim to follow him but dont do any of the things he did.

@@MungoBaklava I am sunni muslim and taqiyya is a concept which allows you to lie to your enemy either in an open real battlefield or when you under the threat of death.
Like you can say "I accept Jesus as my lord" if a Christian pointed a gun on you, or you can just lie in a war to your opponent.
But this concept has limits. Life threat must be on view, and right now, not like a possibility. And war must be legitimate war with swords, guns and lives. Not an intellectual debate.
So whenever a muslim is talking to you, as long as you are not in two armies fighting on a battlefield, you can assume he is not making taqiyah.
Ofc any muslim can lie just like any other people, but it is not something allowed by our religion. Peace.
