The black and white flashbacks aren’t just visually striking they’re also a fun homage to the black and white Zombie movies and the black and white graphics of the Comics.

Fun fact! The “Donatello” moves Morgan be doing is aikido Jo, and is actually a fun combat technique I was fascinated by it so I took it up and now I’m quite good at it
This really does explain why Alexandria was so naive and untouched by the apocalypse.
That scene with Daryl on his motorcycle leading the walkers away driving towards the camera is such a badass shot

It's the moments like the protein bar that makes the walking dead so special. AMC never forgets those kid of details
The reason Pete was killed was ultimately because Deanna had a selfish reason to want him dead Pete was hurting Jessie all that time and Rick suspected he might kill her eventually but Deanna did nothing about it She only finally give Rick the okay when Pete directly affected her Him killing Reg was an accident and he probably did intend to try to kill Rick there with Michonne’s sword but because it was Reg of all people made Deanna react differently than she had been up until that point I get it and it’s a very human reaction but that’s the only reason Pete died there Deanna was the top authority and he personally wronged her (even if on accident) so she wanted him dead If it had been anyone but her family she would have just gone with exiling him like she was saying before In an unfortunate way what happened had to happen for Deanna to really get what Rick was saying that whole time She could only finally hear him because Pete’s actions directly affected her and her family.
I think it was absolutely this with a little bit of what Rick said previously to her... people die now, they do, its times like these where you can choose who and when.
So in her mind if she would have listened to him then she would still have reg.
When Rick Daryl and Morgan appeared in the doorway to confront Carter you knew the situation would be handled quick I love how Rick and our group make a plan and make it happen They have each other’s back no matter what.
I have most of the seasons on DVD and binge them regularly, but you two are the reason I keep tuning in to your show, it's more fun to watch this show with awesome people.

That's definitely a different baby from the one Rick carried into Alexandria, lol. Judith does help with the timeline in the show. She was conceived at the start basically and is now around 1 I think. Love this season and it's probably my favorite

It is a tiny time jump it’s only been a week later since the Season 5 finale.
Apart from Rick waking up 2 months into the Apocalypse So far the time jumps we’ve had are Season 3 (8 months) Season 4 (6 months) and Season 6 ( 1 week )

My first thoughts on this was thought I knew they might try to eventually rid the world of walker or at least make their enviroment more safer. And when I saw this, I was like we're already at this point?! I thought it would be a few seasons before they attempted something like this. But then I realize it was just to get rid of horde
Season 5 is one of the best seasons for red machete Rick but season 6 is one of the best season story wise

Without giving away spoilers, season 6 marks a big turning point in the series for me. From Season 6 onward the show takes on the feeling more of a comic book than it has before.
I will say that the back half of the series has some of the best AND worst moments in the whole show. I look forward to your guys thoughts

In my opinion, this is the funniest walking dead season premiere yet!
It's surprising how it looks as if Morgan and Rick's positions have switched since they last met in season 3. Back then Morgan was the deranged one, killing anyone that crossed his path. All the while Rick was the optimistic one who was trying to protect everyone when they were at the prison. Now their roles have switched as Rick seemed deranged and Morgan is the reasonable one.
Also something has been on my mind for a while, that I don't think was addressed. Are children born into that world immune to the virus? Think about it, Rick had said they all were infected, meaning the virus was inside of Lori when she was pregnant with Judith. So that would have meant that the infection could have went inside of her while still growing in the womb. Now during that time is when a baby's immune system starts to develop, so if at the time the infection went inside of Judith, wouldn't it mean that her body adapted to the virus and managed to become immune to it? It's a theory that hasn't been confirmed, but it makes me wonder.
It has been confirmed in the later seasons what that answer is. I just don't know if you have watched that far so I'm being vague.
We're so close to season 7, I can't wait

Not many people realise but how they wonder that Alexandria survived without any real experience and horror of zombie and people its in an deserted place there's a construction side probably for oil or some other recourses the city near to them and between them was this site all the zombie coming through from this city came through there and got stuck in the ditch it kept getting bigger and the noises started attracting more and more as it got bigger and then all the zombie/humans that they were before got stuck in the massive ditch around there thus alexandria had peace the entire time only few zombie got near them
Love how morgan catches everything he met carol and instantly figured out she's a beast he figured out rick was just trying to get rid of that guy he was just in the way let him get eaten by zombie inthe end the end he did got fucked by a zombie rick wanted to let it happen
