as a child I grew up listening every Sunday morning to my fathers recording of his regimental music from The Somerset Light Infantry 13th Foot - Its 40 years since I heard this - so moving - thank you

Have always admired the discipline required by those in the military to stand still for so long. This video proves it.

its good to hear the march" light infantry" played out including the trio...they usually cut the trio out on displays like this.

Adrian Fisher, you did a very fine professional job ( I like to think we all did) but to be the first person to make a sound takes courage and confidence and you had it. Well done, do you play now?

Didn't Ernie Blanchard (bass Drum) get busted after this show for tearing the arse with regards to tempo. Good on ya Ernie mate. It was a great achievment and the crowd went wild (as always).

I did this Gig and I thought we came out of the tunnel playing Les Clarions Anglais while checking nobody had put a paper cup on your plume. Say what you will about Ernie Blanchard. As a bass drummer, he played a fine Oboe but he alone made that night different and memorable in a possitive way.
