The funny thing is that True100% started because of the sudden spike of viewers Josh got due to the small GTA:SA fuck up videos he had, then he sadly forgot this and started EDITING OUT his fuck ups from his 100% videos, good thing he now is somewhere in between.

12:40 When ever your game crashes as you enter a vehicle while mission status is updated, means your audio files were having problems (an alternative example: if you complete any side mission with a vehicle with radio files deleted, game crashes as well)
The dying near King in Exile reminded me of a rare softlock. If you somehow die after the cutscene but before the pass (like maybe having a high wanted level and getting owned by cops during the Catalina call), you softlock. You didn't technically pass but also you can't initiate the cutscene a second time. The marker is there, it just does nothing. What makes this softlock especially dangerous is there's a save icon right there. If you save by instinct upon returning, that save file is now softlocked forever. I guess it's rare as the devs never expected you to die in a 30-second phone call and intended the mission to be just a free pass.
The GTA:SA run has so many aspects where it can go horribly wrong that it can be absolute torture to run at this stage. Thankfully Joshie is an absolute masochist.

I think the only thing Josh didn't do here that we normally would is jump during the cutscene so tha the doesnt trigger the submachine gun when he gets on the bike. Not sure if that contributed to the crash, again we wouldn't expect it to.
