Could you imagine if this game had Naval on Multiplayer? Where you can choose what class of ship you want, paint it, customize it, and join different clans to rule the seas?
That's what I thought multiplayer would be like for black flag when I first got it then I found out what it actually was and was as disappointed as an ugly person looking in the mirror.
I got a true story. One time I was watching Man O' Wars fighting with Frigiates and there was this one lvl. 6 Gunboat just floating about and then I saw a Man O' War fighting a Frigate and then the Man O' War was completely beat up and so was the Frigate. Then the Man O' War shot at the Frigate and 1 cannon hit the gunboat. Then the Gunboat fired 1 broadside and it ended up destroying the Man O' War and the Frigate. So basically, over it all, the Gunboat won a fight with ships way beyond it's level. xD
One time I saw what looked like a full flotilla of man o wars going against another flotilla of man o wars. After about ten minutes, all of them were completely broke, and then, lo and behold, a schooner comes by, dodges all of the enemy cannons, and destroys all of the man o wars!
+The Stormtrooper Sniper I gotta good one, I had a weak Jackdaw then, but I was sailing to the hard zone to get a island so I can spawn there right? I saw a level 50 Man o' War during the storm and I was like "Oh shit!" but then randomly it got hit by lightning and instantly killed it.
inunabe82 yeah I got a pirate hunter that was called black Pearl like from pirates of the carribean it even had the black sails and black hull and it's very... well it's shit it gets killed all the time
Here's a great tactic I came up with for taking down men o'war and became my main strategy. It's a gung ho approach but it's brutal, quick and doesn't give the men o'war much time to return the favor before it's destroyed, at least once you have the advanced or elite jackdaw upgrades. 1. Approach from behind at half sail and start off the battle by unleashing 1-2 mortar barrages. 2. Switch to full sail and make a beeline towards the man o'war while pinning it down with chain shot. 3. Brace during the charge and ram it, then immediately switch to half sail and steer in a way that positions your broadside toward's the man o'war's stern. 4. Unleash heavy shot barrages while steering towards the man o'war's stern, after a few barrages it should be ready to board, and if done properly the man o'war should be crippled before it had time to return even one broadside or mortar barrage. Hope this can help, good luck.
TheDoctaJS I use a similar strategy but I begin by ramming from behind + a chain shot and then immediately turning the Jackdaw so it either faces the broadside of the enemy ship or the stern in close range. And then 2 heavy shots do the job.
I wish they made it so you could board a ship, and use that as your ship, instead if only using the jackdaw, maybe use a man o war or the little gunboats or something, instead of the fleet thing
+It's Ye boi Every ship you take to fleet is damaged and works fine. Same with forts. Twice I was chased be pirate hunter's during fort battle. After I've taken fort cannons sinked hunters. Same cannons I've devastated.
Each time you fast travel to 442;118 there is a lvl 60 man o war waiting in a red zone. No need to max out your wanted status. My fleet was 100% man o war lvl 60 because I kept fast traveling there after I put it in my fleet.
@@mr.e1048 I agree. I don't really see them doing that. I wish they would though because I would absolutely love to sail a gunboat, schooner, a different kind of brig like the one the Spanish, English, and the pirates used, frigate, and a man 'o war.
I know it’s been 7 years but if you das travel to a fort after taking a hunter ship and travel a little bit another one will spawn so you can rinse and repeat, I have 12 of them 😂
As someone who started playing this for the first time, it’s nice that the game makes you upgrade your ship to progress through sequence 8 defeating a man o war. your not just flying through the main store, I know I’m late 10+ years here 😂 but I’m beating all the games in the series
While sailing between the warehouse island "Tortuga" and the island "Cumberland Bay" I found a level 60 MOW that always seems to be just sitting there. Also, if you want to take out more people with the swivel cannon while your crew is pulling the ship over to you switch to eagle vision. I went from hitting 1 or 2 with all 5 shots to hitting up to 4 to 7 with each shot most of the time.
I´m done with the story, finished all the land and sea contracts, found all treasures & artifacts, bought every art, swords, pistols and outfits, I have made everything for Edward that´s possible, hunted every animal, cleared all the islands nad wrecks, maxed out Jackdaw, beaten all the legendary ships and my fleet consists only of level 60 Man o Wars... I´m so done i can be without any DLC´s except the ones i got with the game wich was The Sacrificed Secrets and Captain Kenways Legacy. So proud! It´s my policy to always do everything that´s possible in the game on the first started story.
Yes. pronounced Sir-ber-us. The guy that made the video clearly isn't a fan of Greek Mythology, as in the 3 headed dog that guarded the gates of the Underworld.
Come all you young sailor men, listen to me I'll sing you a song of the fish in the sea And it's windy weather, boys, stormy weather, boys When the wind blows, we're all together, boys Blow ye winds westerly, blow ye winds, blow Jolly sou'wester, boys, steady she goes Up jumps the eel with his slippery tail Climbs up aloft and reefs the topsail And it's windy weather, boys, stormy weather, boys When the wind blows, we're all together, boys Blow ye winds westerly, blow ye winds, blow Jolly sou'wester, boys, steady she goes And then up jumps the shark with his nine rows of teeth Saying, "You eat the dough boys, and I'll eat the beef!" Yup, only 2 days ago I'm bought ACBF + ACR combo at $14 for my Switch Lite and it's so AWESOME 👌. Very smooth 30fps, high level of texture, fast loading, looks sharp unlike Witchers 3 Switch. Very good game 👍❤
If you guys want to know what outfit I'm wearing, it's the pirate cloak and I purchased it in game. If you want to know what weapons I'm using, info is in the description.
When you're searching for a mission in the fleet, press the button that activates a ship battle in whichever region you wish to gain resources / lower danger in. That should get you some supplies and prepare you for doing missions again.
Thedesrtroyersucks Well you wont beleive this, but I actualy managed to destroy a level 60 man-o-war with a non upgraded jackdaw. I used the trick which abuses the manuvering AI by staying on the back of the Man-O-War.
I remember my entire fleet was made up of lvl 60 man o wars. I'm balanced, absolutely. But I have found that their is not a single shortcoming that copious amounts of firepower cannot overcome.
the level 60 hunter ships were made for your fleet. you have 14 possible slots for your fleet, and there are 14 different names for the level 60 ships. not entirely sure, but I think that in free roam mode the highest that British and Spanish ships go to is 49.
For those struggling to get a man-o-war, here's my tip. Get your wanted level up, then when a man-o-war (or any other bounty hunter ship) comes close let go of the wheel, as soon as you do this, the bounty hunter stops, then swim over to the ship, climb up to the crows nest, taking out the shooters. then use the shooters guns to eliminate the remainder of the crew. once they are all taken out, then blow the gun powder (if required) and ship is yours.
Just a note, the abstergo code for leaving the Jackdaw with the highest wanted level do work in capturing those ships. The disabled saving will prevent you to get the loot (metal, wood, reales), but the ships DO appear in Kenway's fleet.
Κώστας Αρκουλής its actually really easy to 'er maxed. i could only fight level 28's, but in 1 day i got everything maxed and got to destroy every legendary ship
***** You earned another subscriber. Edward Kenway? Remember me? I am Blackbeard and you saw my head decapitated on that one man o' war ship? Well, we can hangout sometime and get a drink or something? xD
The mechanics of this, mixed in with the idea of Puzzle Pirates, mixed in with the mystical adventures of pirates of the Caribbean. If any game creator is out there. Please make it happen.
I took a man o war level 60 pretty early, only at 20% sync, by just getting on one ported near a warehouse location, taking out the crew, the boarding on the jackdaw.
You can also farm Lv. 60 man o wars and level 38 frigates in New Bone harbour area. They are ankering there. Just fast travel to the view point, capture one of them alone and send to fleet. Rinse and repeat. They always respawn as long as you don't destroy any of them and as long as you use the view point fast travel option to get there. Got like 20 man o wars and 5 frigates there for my fleet and salvaging gems. Best thing is: You can do this very early in the game without the need of an upgraded Jackdaw.
Struzani Gamer Sorry guys I won't provide you with any more information on this method. Strategies how to avoid the frigate fire while you are diving to the ankered man o war.is explained in some youtube videos or just google it (type something like "AC IV farming man o wars new bone method"). New Bone is a plantation in the southern part of the world map. No need to give you coordinates. Just look it up on the ingame map! And about these ships not showing up, did you even read my post? If these ships dont spawn then you probably destroyed all of them before. In this case you are screwed. They won't respawn. But seriously, look it up on youtube, it is all explained in other videos. I'm not even playing this game anymore, got all achievements to 100% in Xbox 360 version. And to be honest: This method was good to build up a good fleet early on but later I catched some of the pirate hunter man o wars because these have really cool names like "Destroyer", "Rising Phoenix", "Makepeace" and so on :). I replaced the spanish ships from New Bone with them after fully upgrading Jackdaw ^^.
aikman Nice... But i have a method without this place, get highest hunter level, let the men o war get closer and exit the control of your ship, and is just swin to the ship, kill some enemys and return to jackdaw, he won't fire on u and is just shoot something like chain shot on him and board, no enemys... just ignite the powder and destroy flag, GG
aikman Thanks for replying so late, but after couple of days after I posted, I found out my self that you needed max bounty lvl to get a lvl 60 man o war + lvl 38 frigate coming after you. And coolio 100% achievements, I've pretty much been sitting at 85% for a long time, can't be arsed to get the chests, fragments and do the assassination missions
To new players(or veterans who don't know this trick as well) you can get off of the ship, and board the enemy ship alone, stay away of the sides of the ship(get near from the back or front, do not get too close, you'll board the ship instead of letting go of the wheel) kill all the crewmates, and destroy the flag and powder barrels, go back to the wheel, get near the boat and board it, you'll win instantly, keep the loot completely, and keep the boat if you want to
best trick in the game to make cash is to defeat that tower near those level 60 man-o-war, so they are never alerted by you unless you ram them or attack them, ride your ship ahead of a man of war and predict its mode of travel, then jump out of your ship quickly and hop on the man-o-war by swiimming (they are quite fast so I really suggest you are ahead of their line of travel so you are swimming against their line of travel or you won't catchup to it), then hop on to the ship and kill the entire crew on the ship, after that jump off to your ship, go very near this vacant ship hit it with any weapon once or just ram, and you can board the ship, then you either win the boarding or you have to climb the ship and tear the flag too complete the boarding. It might not be easier or maybe even funner for some players but its certainly a lot quicker than attacking the ship, especially if that ship has minions that are annoyingly attacking you from all angles.
4 of the big guys in my fleet. They're beasts when used on missions. 70 is max power, 30 speed is 21 faster than a standard man of war, and 90 is max cargo. Put one of these guys in the top fighting slot and with a +10 speed boost, they're nearly unstoppable.
Yeah I have several of these ships. I managed to get some Spanish lvl 60 galleons as well. I like the names of the pirate hunter ships because many of them are named after people or places in Greek Mythology. Spanish ships have pretty cool names too.
Nice gameplay Jerz. I would also give a suggestion that level 38 frigates can also be found in Naval Convoys. Whenever ur Naval convoy icon in map is "light blue", that means its a level 38 frigate(max for frigate level) with 2 level 11 schooner(max for schooner level) escorts, and that frigate will hav 5000 reales bonus for capturing/sinking it. You can even encounter level 38 frigates in convoys even when its the normal white colored convoy icon on map :)
My fight style: mortar, full speed, chain shot, ram, then bombard with heavy shot. (Also, use swivels on weak points) It's also good to use chain shot to stop them then go behind em and bombard em
"I've defeated all the legendary ships" Me feeling like I own the world after beating the HMS Prince Edit: I've beaten all the legendary ships now The twins were a pain HMS Fearless has a ram idk if Soverieagnafs has one too gl to all
In the next game I would love if they let us buy larger ships of all types that all have unique weapons and bonuses, or allow us to upgrade the starting ship up to a man o war, also it is possible to see lvl 60 man o wars without having the wanted level, but it is very rare
I'll be getting these two in my fleet as well. The last time I fought these two, exact ships, my Jackdaw wasn't fully upgraded and I died and when I re-spawned, my wanted level was back to 0 and they were gone. It pissed me off...I think it was, these two showed up when I was in the middle of taking down the fort defenses, gunboats and Spanish brigs, which was insane. I had like 4 ships I had yet to board as well, due to the mayhem. I finally had managed to take all of the fort defenses down that were peppering me in volleys, while avoiding these two the best I could, but by time I came to fighting them, I had only one bar left.
Yup, only 2 days ago I'm bought ACBF + ACR combo at $14 for my Switch Lite and it's so AWESOME 👌. Very smooth 30fps, high level of texture, fast loading, looks sharp unlike Witchers 3 Switch. Very good game 👍❤
One reason I always dock my ship before swimming to any scuttled vessel is because of lag... I use an Acer Spin 5 and does anyone have any tips for best gameplay performance?
The Man O' War was a type of large warship operated by, among others, the British, French, Spanish and Portuguese navies. The term "Man O' War" itself was not a strict naval classification, unlike frigate, brig, or schooner, and was instead casual terminology used for any grand, imposing ship boasting multiple gun decks. Most Men O' War of the 18th century were properly classified as ship of the line. They often functioned as flagships for fleets due to their tremendous firepower and durability. In Assassin's Creed IV, Men O' War's maximum level is 60. Some legendary ships are custom level 75 warships (Men O' War). In Assassin's Creed Rogue there's a level 99 warship, which is the the most powerful Man O' War.
I'm on sequence 3 and defeating the hunter man o wars is the so much easier than I imagined, especially with level 3+ mortars and keeping my distance and a bit of hull armours and other small upgrades. Hardest part seems to be the actual boarding itself.
Really good video. I was just sailing outside of new bone and there was a level 60 man o war just parked in the harbour and it had the same stats in the fleet after i captured it.
My entire fleet is now filled with these uber Men-o-War. It took awhile but it was worth it. The ships in your fleet are actually shared between your saves. I got access to my fleet in my second save, only to find that it was filled with these mega ships. Like I said, totally worth it. :)
Enrique Vilchis That's stupid, when you have to destroy gunboats or whatever they get so many shots off before you destroy them so you loose so many free diamonds and also they are extremely slow,
I don't think it matters where you are located to get Level 60 Man O'War Ships, just Wanted level 4 will spawn them. In general, Level 1 Wanted will throw a Hunter Scooner at you, Level 2 Wanted will throw a Brig at you, Level 3 - Frigate, Level 4 will throw a Man O'War and a Brig. Hunter ships are the best level of a particular type of ship you can get.
***** when did i say any thing about a legendary ships i said RESTRICTED AREAS it was not legendary because i have it in my fleet right now it is level 75.
Great vid by the way thank you but also a small tip i have been doing early is capturing the forts and using there guns in assisting capturing these huge ships
i found a manner in which you can overtake a ship as massive as that galleon with zero resistance and without losing a single crew member first you need to ground the ship (obviously), then instead of boarding the ship, dock your ship in the front or back rather than the sides and jump on the boat yourself, then complete whatever objectives would be for boarding the galleon: kill everyone, blast the powder kegs, cut the flag. after all that go back to your ship and board, you instantly win and get to do what you wish with the ship. btw if you think that taking out everyone on the ship by yourself is harder, note that more enemy crewmen appear when you board with your crew. hope this was interesting for anyone
If you incap the ships first and full stop at their bow or stern then you can dive into the water mid fight, board the opposing ship and kill everyone on board while also completing all the tasks (cut the flag down, destroy the kegs) and if you kill everyone and complete all the tasks when you "board" it will instant succeed and you don't waste crew on the fight, however if you do forget an objective then your crew can still die, I've had 5 crew die by tripping apparently because I forgot the flag, had to climb up, there was no opposing crew left on the ship and my men just died, it's also faster because you start incognito on the ship so you can walk thru assassinating everyone or just slaughter everything in your way
During my second playthrough, when I was attempting to fight one of the legendary ships, apparently one of the smaller ships got in the way and something glitched and turned the legendary ship into a regular Man-o-war
Hey yall, if you want to spawn these ships as quick as possible. Fast travel all over the place in the Hard area of the map. They seem to respawn everytime you fast travel. I was able to get like 3 or 4 in about 30 minutes.
The warehouse island, "New Bone" has a lvl 60 Man O War posted up as a blockade and you can keep leaving and returning there to keep destroying it. There may have been a few sailing around the sea, too. I know for a fact that you can obtain Lvl 60 Man O Wars by other means than just Hunter Ships.
I got this game like 4 days ago, and how I got like 3 Man o Wars is by pulling up imfromt of it really close, jumping out and climbing it. Then take on all 20 people, the shooters and the flag and jump to the Jackdaw, attack and you're done. It's no 100% way but it works when you make it on.
If you find a small atoll or archipelago, you can get yourself ranked, and then sit in your ship near safe harbor. You wait till they get within 100m of the combat proxy, then leave your ship. Since the hunters don't continue sailing when your no longer at the helm, you can board them and kill everyone. Then get back to your ship, just ram them and then board. Ive gotten max Kenway's Fleet before i ever upgraded my ship. You get so much loot too. Last thing ive done in game was finish upgrading everything....and ive still got four digit materials. Rather entertaining too.
In a nutshell: get your wanted level at four, go north of New Bone, target a pirate hunter man-o-war with a cool name, mortar, ram, 2 volleys of heavy fire, firebarrels, swivel guns, board, add. Works perfectly with a fully upgraded ship. Don't forget to brace, ships this level tend to have nasty, unforgiving cannonfire (not as much as legendary but beware).
If anyone wants to know how to farm some good money in AC4, go to Kingston and around that area there might be around 2-6 man o' wars (level 36) to attack and board on. Also watch out, some of the man o' wars might be around some frigates or gunboats.
When I first encountered a legendary ship I a only had level 2 of everything...but I am apparently a badass and evaded every shot and eventually took the effer down. I love this game!
I just took hunter man o wars for my fleet. They ain't half bad. Reach level 4 wanted level and then take over the "big ones" and send em to your fleet. Make sure you have enough gems to fill up your fleet. After a while prices for new docks get pretty pricey so yeah. It isn't like everyone didn't know this but hey it's muddafukkin 'murica, what's the hurt?
I ran into a Spanish Level 60 Man O'War. It's called Real Mazi. I still have it in my fleet. Stat's also 70/30/90. I genuinely like the HMS ship names. Royal Navy has some very legit names e.g. HMS Intrepid (Schooner), HMS Endeavour (Brig), HMS Glory (Frigate), etc.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe there is another level 60 man o' war outside New Bone (In Seranilla territory). Perhaps if you wanted one of these "high-level" man o' wars than you could simply travel to this place and battle the ship without the need of a "4-cutlass" wanted level. The only down-side is that this particular man o' war sits closely next to two powerful frigates and doesn't change it's position.
You can actually find lvl 60 Spanish and English Man o Wars somewhere don't remember where though they sure don't look nearly as cool as the pirate hunter ships though, I always think the pirate hunters have stronger crews, edward being a master of combat and redirectio in his prime you don't notice it. That was a bit slow on that Man o War raid there, lost more crew then you needed. My fleet was 15 Pirate Hunter Man o Wars, actually not ideal since their so slow but they look cool, could take over a smaller nation with a fleet like that, or wreck templar fleets with ease.
If you have no jackdaw upgrades just sail right in front of the man of war and jump onto it and kill the crew, it is then incapable of doing anything and you can take it in one shot, it is sometimes easier to board the ship if it's in a battle
2:25 "they will kill your people"..........turns around and knocks his crew mate off the perch hahaha
LOL
i can t stop laughing 😂 :D

How do you think he has the ram on it? Do you ever see a frigate with a ram? Do you ever see a brig with OUT a ram
i kinda wished that u can board the legendary ships and put them in your fleet
i wish you could upgrade your ship to a man o war
naw,im good with the 23 broadside cannons
you actually can board a legendary, you exit the helm just as you enter the battle and you jump on as it goes past your ship
Vergil the legendary dark slayer you can board it but not take it
dat boi me to but to overpowered

Those pirate hunters really do have the coolest names just found a frigate called Thriller Bark.
What about the Devastator?
Thriller Bark is from One Piece lool
inunabe82 yeah I got a pirate hunter that was called black Pearl like from pirates of the carribean it even had the black sails and black hull and it's very... well it's shit it gets killed all the time
there's also one called medusa
inunabe82 they do
Here's a great tactic I came up with for taking down men o'war and became my main strategy. It's a gung ho approach but it's brutal, quick and doesn't give the men o'war much time to return the favor before it's destroyed, at least once you have the advanced or elite jackdaw upgrades.

or just shoot the fuck out of it cos ship battles are pissing easy along with combat

*bold of you to assume my jackdaw has upgrades that good*
Or jump off your Jackdaw and swim onto it then kill everyone, fire one shot, and collect the rewards. Great for LVL 1 Jackdaw.
i just sail in a circle round and round spamming mortars, broadsides and swivels
Anybody else just get this on there recommended 7 years later
Just got it now

Why am I here
I wish they made it so you could board a ship, and use that as your ship, instead if only using the jackdaw, maybe use a man o war or the little gunboats or something, instead of the fleet thing
Same although using a man o war would be slow I would probably switch to a high level Frigate
Stephen Peterson but you destroyed the ship, but it makes sense if you can repair it.But what about the flag?
It's Ye boi it made since riping it
+It's Ye boi Every ship you take to fleet is damaged and works fine. Same with forts. Twice I was chased be pirate hunter's during fort battle. After I've taken fort cannons sinked hunters. Same cannons I've devastated.
Search up assassin's creed 4 black flag how to board legendary ships and you should find a certain video
Each time you fast travel to 442;118 there is a lvl 60 man o war waiting in a red zone. No need to max out your wanted status. My fleet was 100% man o war lvl 60 because I kept fast traveling there after I put it in my fleet.
It still works in 2024?
@@RyanzinBR As long as it's not patched, it should still work.
I wish they would remake this and the update would be able to use the ships on your fleet
Yeah they are probably not gonna do that tho wwait how would I know
@@mr.e1048 I agree. I don't really see them doing that. I wish they would though because I would absolutely love to sail a gunboat, schooner, a different kind of brig like the one the Spanish, English, and the pirates used, frigate, and a man 'o war.
I know it’s been 7 years but if you das travel to a fort after taking a hunter ship and travel a little bit another one will spawn so you can rinse and repeat, I have 12 of them 😂
thanks for the comment
As someone who started playing this for the first time, it’s nice that the game makes you upgrade your ship to progress through sequence 8 defeating a man o war. your not just flying through the main store, I know I’m late 10+ years here 😂 but I’m beating all the games in the series
While sailing between the warehouse island "Tortuga" and the island "Cumberland Bay" I found a level 60 MOW that always seems to be just sitting there. Also, if you want to take out more people with the swivel cannon while your crew is pulling the ship over to you switch to eagle vision. I went from hitting 1 or 2 with all 5 shots to hitting up to 4 to 7 with each shot most of the time.
the easiest way to find a lvl 60 man o war is at *new bone* location it is sitting there just protecting the shore.
yea I've got 2 man-o-war in my fleet thanks to new bone :D
new bone i got 3 ships 2 frigates and 1 man o war and i didn't fire a shot :D
***** no i got off my ship and swam to them and killed their crew. just had to ram them to incapacitate them :D
Actually the Spanish is take the British hostage and using them for supplies in new bone cause if you go in new bone the soldiers are British
In my fleet I have 5 schooners,1 gunboat,a man o war lvl.60,a frigates " HMS Diamond",and a hunter
I'm proud of you son!
Nice, how long did it take cause that's my goal
There is one thing that you didnt do which is upgrade yoir hideout to the max
Theoneanddoughnuts For me it took 3 months.
"Cerebees?" I'm pretty sure the Frigate's name is Cerebrus...
Yes. pronounced Sir-ber-us. The guy that made the video clearly isn't a fan of Greek Mythology, as in the 3 headed dog that guarded the gates of the Underworld.
Yes, The pronunciation bothered me too.
Seabeans
Who cares
yea i cringed when he said it wrong
This video helped me assemble the ultimate Man O' War fleet, composed only of Level 60 Men O' War! Thank you so much!
2:29 You said screw it and you simply pushed your gunman down :D
He was like AAAAAAAAA :DD:
Hahahahaa saw that too!!! :D
hahaha
saw it XD
“mierda, es la maldita grajilla"
- the entire crew of the ships you see
Ya speak good Spanish.
Reminds me when I got so addicted to this game my ship got so strong nothing could take me down 🙂
Come all you young sailor men, listen to me
I'll sing you a song of the fish in the sea
And it's windy weather, boys, stormy weather, boys
When the wind blows, we're all together, boys
Blow ye winds westerly, blow ye winds, blow
Jolly sou'wester, boys, steady she goes
Up jumps the eel with his slippery tail
Climbs up aloft and reefs the topsail
And it's windy weather, boys, stormy weather, boys
When the wind blows, we're all together, boys
Blow ye winds westerly, blow ye winds, blow
Jolly sou'wester, boys, steady she goes
And then up jumps the shark with his nine rows of teeth
Saying, "You eat the dough boys, and I'll eat the beef!"
And it's windy weather, boys, stormy weather, boys
When the wind blows, we're all together, boys
Blow ye winds westerly, blow ye winds, blow
Jolly sou'wester, boys, steady she goes
Up jumps the whale, the largest of all
"If you want any wind, well, I'll blow ye a squall"
And it's windy weather, boys, stormy weather, boys
When the wind blows, we're all together, boys
Blow ye winds westerly, blow ye winds, blow
Jolly sou'wester, boys, steady she goes
Yup, only 2 days ago I'm bought ACBF + ACR combo at $14 for my Switch Lite and it's so AWESOME 👌. Very smooth 30fps, high level of texture, fast loading, looks sharp unlike Witchers 3 Switch. Very good game 👍❤
If you guys want to know what outfit I'm wearing, it's the pirate cloak and I purchased it in game. If you want to know what weapons I'm using, info is in the description.
I believe the highest possible level for a frigate is level 50, go to "New bone" with the max wanted level so they spawn :D
hey in my fleet management i have run out of some resources how do i replenish them? i cant send out any more ships
When you're searching for a mission in the fleet, press the button that activates a ship battle in whichever region you wish to gain resources / lower danger in. That should get you some supplies and prepare you for doing missions again.
***** The funny thig is there is a Man O War out side a town with 2 ships and My Jackdaw is not 100% upgraded and I killed it :)
Your jackdaw is so op :( ... yes I'm still playing assassin's creed black flag xD
Who isn't mate?
Κώστας Αρκουλής Me too, love this game
Κώστας Αρκουλής its actually really easy to 'er maxed. i could only fight level 28's, but in 1 day i got everything maxed and got to destroy every legendary ship
Κώστας Αρκουλής me too, I played the 360 version, I got the xbox one version, gonna 100% both of them
I still play it too, unity and syndicate are shit
You just earned a new subscriber!
Welcome aboard matey! xD
02:37 "They kill your oeople"
*immediately* pushes his own crewmate to his death 😂😂😂
Nice to get reccomend a video about a game I haven't played in four years
I grinded that game. Still my favorite after Brotherhood
What co ordinates is that area?
+Jay It's lie, there is no ships ankered there
Struzani Gamer Sorry guys I won't provide you with any more information on this method.
It might not be easier or maybe even funner for some players but its certainly a lot quicker than attacking the ship, especially if that ship has minions that are annoyingly attacking you from all angles.
or abuse the glitch when you met with the Templar's
4 of the big guys in my fleet. They're beasts when used on missions. 70 is max power, 30 speed is 21 faster than a standard man of war, and 90 is max cargo. Put one of these guys in the top fighting slot and with a +10 speed boost, they're nearly unstoppable.
Yeah I have several of these ships. I managed to get some Spanish lvl 60 galleons as well. I like the names of the pirate hunter ships because many of them are named after people or places in Greek Mythology. Spanish ships have pretty cool names too.
thanks so much now i can add a level 60 ship in my fleet
too Bad u Cant Change Ur ship in ac4 (but atleast the jackdaw is a legendary one so i think i can Deal with it)
Yeah, changing ships would be cool.
Sorry for late answer. You can change ships with mods
@@userojwhdbs most of them have bugs or are retextured
max jackdaws
"I've defeated all the legendary ships"
Me feeling like I own the world after beating the HMS Prince
Edit: I've beaten all the legendary ships now
The twins were a pain
HMS Fearless has a ram
idk if Soverieagnafs has one too
gl to all
The El Impoluto is the only one with a physical ram, the HMS Fearless and the Royal Sovereign just set themselves on fire and ram you.
I had level four wanted in the start was 14% in the story so i just well fleed so fast i could... The Jackdaw wasnt good at that point
“Let’s open this battle up with style😏” proceeds to get hit immediately after first kill😂
I have a question( my english is not so good. I hope you understand me.) can you go back to Principe? Because i missed fragments there.
+Der Falke91 Yes, you can eventually return to any location.
+Der Falke91 its in the right side of the map, just look for P letters
Der Falke91 Yeah. And your English is perfectly fine...
dont click aiming when you next to a ship, if you DONT aim you use your heavy shots. witch is like 5 times as power full
No shit Sherlock
this was not an opvius fact when the game came out. there was no tutorial for it.
rubikfan1 it was pretty obvious
2:32
his crew : am i a joke to you
Yeah......😂😂😂😂😂
Ubisoft deserves this downfall, its been 2 decades and theyve never made a game doing justice to black flag
Man o wars are the only ships I have now but I got a lvl 60 one thanks to you I WILL ADD IT TO MY COLLECTION
:)
2:33 his scout just fell off 😂😂
You weren't supposed to see that :(
I find frigates harder than Man o' War's
Yea same its cause their rate of fire is a lot higher
wq qwfqwf and they spam heavy shot a lot when you are close
I saw a Man o' war fighting a pirate brig and it was very difficult for the Man o war hehe
Hardest part seems to be the actual boarding itself.
still my fav assassins creed!
Level 60 man o'war sux when you have charge ram
Vida Rennie says the arcane adventure fan
It's Ye boi it's a good game lol
The most dangerous normal ships are the lvl 38 frigates to be honest, their broadside is even worst than the lvl60 man 'o' war
their is a level 60 man o war without being bounty hunted, it's next to an island with 1 or 2 frigates
new Boone is the island
i got 12xlevel 60
Yea i saw it too.But there were 3 more man o war and rogue waves,so i have to use it for repearing jackdaw.
Sad story mate.
Really good video. I was just sailing outside of new bone and there was a level 60 man o war just parked in the harbour and it had the same stats in the fleet after i captured it.
Is this the most views you got Jerz ? Enjoying the star guide for DW8 all over again 👑💙
Indeed it is. Thanks for the support.
HELL I CAN DEFEAT ANY SHIP IN THE WEST INDIES
Both the ships u got in the video u sold
"Cerbreeze"
Imagine you could add upgrades to your man o' War..
My entire fleet is now filled with these uber Men-o-War. It took awhile but it was worth it. The ships in your fleet are actually shared between your saves. I got access to my fleet in my second save, only to find that it was filled with these mega ships. Like I said, totally worth it. :)
dude, what is that outfit you are wearing?!
Pirate cloak. XD
looks awesome! :D
It is pretty fine looking. But I do prefer Captain Morgan's Armour
its the priate cape or robe
SpeedIsMyMiddleName Maya armor is the best armor in game,it looks bad ass and repels bullets=)
It's pronounced SER-BER-RUSS
Actually, it's pronounced SUREEBRUS.
My fleet is all man o wars
Enrique Vilchis That's stupid, when you have to destroy gunboats or whatever they get so many shots off before you destroy them so you loose so many free diamonds and also they are extremely slow,
got any
1st-rate ship of the line
Actually 5 frigates + 10 MOWs or anything close to this is better as frigates are enough for some tasks and same time they are faster.
my entire fleet are made out of frigates and brigs
I find that using the Eagle Vision while using the Swivel Gun makes it much easier to actually hit things.
Hunter ships are the best level of a particular type of ship you can get.
not the strongest man-o-war i found a level 75 man-o-war yesterday they are only found in restricted areas
(Did you read the title of the video?) You can't add (Level 75) legendary ships onto your fleet, so level 60 is the highest you can.
***** when did i say any thing about a legendary ships i said RESTRICTED AREAS it was not legendary because i have it in my fleet right now it is level 75.
Ok, show me proof of it being in your fleet.
***** exactly how do i do that?
chaselicam, they are legendary ships, they cannot be added to your fleet.
Great vid by the way thank you but also a small tip i have been doing early is capturing the forts and using there guns in assisting capturing these huge ships
Thank you ! Finally a video that answers my questions and helps me
i found a manner in which you can overtake a ship as massive as that galleon with zero resistance and without losing a single crew member
first you need to ground the ship (obviously), then instead of boarding the ship, dock your ship in the front or back rather than the sides and jump on the boat yourself, then complete whatever objectives would be for boarding the galleon: kill everyone, blast the powder kegs, cut the flag. after all that go back to your ship and board, you instantly win and get to do what you wish with the ship.
btw if you think that taking out everyone on the ship by yourself is harder, note that more enemy crewmen appear when you board with your crew.
hope this was interesting for anyone
Best recomandation video ,thank you youtube!
If you incap the ships first and full stop at their bow or stern then you can dive into the water mid fight, board the opposing ship and kill everyone on board while also completing all the tasks (cut the flag down, destroy the kegs) and if you kill everyone and complete all the tasks when you "board" it will instant succeed and you don't waste crew on the fight, however if you do forget an objective then your crew can still die, I've had 5 crew die by tripping apparently because I forgot the flag, had to climb up, there was no opposing crew left on the ship and my men just died, it's also faster because you start incognito on the ship so you can walk thru assassinating everyone or just slaughter everything in your way
edward : boarding into man o war
other enemies : *waiting
CMIIW
During my second playthrough, when I was attempting to fight one of the legendary ships, apparently one of the smaller ships got in the way and something glitched and turned the legendary ship into a regular Man-o-war
Did you take it?
Hey yall, if you want to spawn these ships as quick as possible. Fast travel all over the place in the Hard area of the map. They seem to respawn everytime you fast travel. I was able to get like 3 or 4 in about 30 minutes.
AC4 is one of the best pirate game I ever played, but they need to let us sailing other ship like man o' war or with our own fleet
I can confirm. Got two of them, I haven’t seen one in a while, but that might be because I cleared the warehouse recently.
Meanwhile, i got this recommended 9 years later.
Still my favourite game.
But i feel old
pilgrim was the man o' war you just captured!
I'll never forget the battle with the two legendary ships, now that was a battle .
Man boarding these ships never got old for me
I ran into a Spanish Level 60 Man O'War.
5 yrs later i have the mazi
Templarkiller Gaming you can't get of the wheel if your in combat
DarkBeard8767 rb I never said to do it while you are battling it, just while it's in a battle
