- Traeger smoked corn is what we are doing today. So many Traeger recipes call for smoked corn on the cob that has been shucked. Why not leave the husk right on so you can do what the Traeger does best. Set it and forget it. NO flipping, babysitting or lid opening. I will also give you 3 different ways to cook this TRAEGER smoked corn on the cob. 1) Simple salt and butter 2) Salt, butter and some hot sauce 3) Mexican street corn w/ crema sauce! YUM!

That kitchen is so clean and tidy, having just left my cluttery mess
It doesn't always look that way
*Retired at 40- Live.Life.Simple.* It's awesome. Keep it up :p
will do
thank you for the recipe
Most welcome 😊
Great video! Lots of helpful info. and tips.
BTW, it's COTIJA (Coe Tee Ha.), not COJITA. It took me 2 years to remember the correct way. Cojeetah was what I called it.
Instead of the COTIJA cheese I use parmesan cheese, great video man!
remember my man you Husk corn, you Shuck oysters
Hit that corn with a squeeze of fresh lemon wedge- your welcome! Mix butter and mayo or on the one with the cream sauce
Awesome!
I am disappointed i have to search for a rub recipe.. and the smoke setting is not on my traeger.. what temp is that? Bummed
180 or lower
Looks delicious man. Like the traeger videos!
Thanks 👍
You did the mexican street corn all wrong 🤦♂️
I'm sure you didn't mean it but it's COTIJA cheese. Great recipe! Can't wait to make it!
You're right!
Pro tip... remove silk with paper towel, so as to not smother the cob with grubby mits...
I don’t even have to see this video. I do this every week. I’m Guatemalan. “Elotes Locos” that’s what we call theme enjoy everyone 👍
Love that!
Retired at 40- Live.Life.Simple. I love your channel man. I look up to you a lot. Already started my own business at 28 and I’m in the process of buying a landscaping company. The world is always going to need landscapers. Never ending job. Thank you for everything man. Much appreciated and enjoy your Elotes Locos ( Crazy Corns)
you are right! there will always be a demand for skilled trades. I wish you well!
Retired at 40- Live.Life.Simple. Thank you brotha! You’re doing great.
Obviously you have never had Olathe Colorado corn, that is the corn capital of the world.

Where in Iowa do you live? Have you tried Grimes peaches and cream corn? So good
I'm in Madison County. I have tried the peaches and cream awhile ago, but honestly i had forgotten all about it. I'll have to see if i can still find some.
Retired at 40- Live.Life.Simple. Nice! I am right outside of Des Moines in Polk City. I am also a real estate investor who flips houses..
@@Webuyiowaproperties do you buy from the mls or do you have a wholesaler?
Retired at 40- Live.Life.Simple. I buy from Wholesalers and market for them
@@Webuyiowaproperties can I get on your list?
It’s Citibank cheese or don’t bother making Mexican street corn lol
It’s cotija not cojita
Street recipes don’t require ingredients that need to be refrigerated...
Quit eatin it all!
Plenty to go around pogo
That's not Mexican.
We don't use Yogurt, sour cream, or cilantro.
Are you speaking on behalf of all Mexicans? I have eaten my share of mexican food in my life and a whole lot of sour cream has been a part of the dish.
